Feng Office offers a good GTD workflow for managing email flows and has a very clear, intuitive interface. Users can easily categorize the urgency of tasks and assign them to different team members. The information organizing features are also quite good. Feng Office allows users to categorize data, including email, in multiple virtual folders (which they call "dimensions"). Users can activate numerous "dimensions" to find suitable ways to categorize their data. > > **Puntos en contra**: The Feng Office website does not indicate when the latest revisions have been released so users have no clear idea on whether Feng Office is actively developed. Also, have been unable to find recent tutorials on the use of Feng Office.
