> **Puntos en contra**: Out of date technology. There are too many ways to complete one task. Each way has a slightly different result than another. It makes it very difficult to establish a training plain or best practice with a team of 20 that handle recruiting and people management, and a team of over 100 leaders using it as well.

> The system is very "robust" as they call it, which makes it complicated to use. Even with a recent update, it looks and feels out of date. Lots of employees have asked if we should be on a more modern software, and I have to tell them "We just implemented this one." Unless you are willing to use it out of the box and only have one person running people management for your entire company, this may not be the software for you. The owners also own a wine bar, so this isn't their main focus. Customer service is always great, but we've leaned on them more than we wanted to. Granted, we asked for some customization; however, this is the first software I've dealt with that was not able to customize a process. We plan to use the software for a little longer, but it was a beast to get going.
