Customer Support had been wonderful. If and when we have an issue, they have it corrected/fixed very quickly. Have had custom programming done as well and was done in a timely manner. We thought we would try this inexpensive package that included Internet hosting and all the IT services. It has so many reports that can never use them all and collectors can get on and be using it in 15 minutes with no training. And it has great security so we can control our collectors so well they can even work from home.
