Happy with Chirotouch cloud
Comentarios: We have had a very good overall experience, while there have been some hiccups to work through coming from the in office system to the online system, we have had great resources to help us navigate
Puntos a favor:
I like the interagration and usefulness of it. We have been upgrading a lot of our chirotouch system to work more smoothly with our patients and our payeers and so we have been enjoying that. The Chirotouch team have all been fantastic also when we have issues that need to be resolved
Contras:
There are certain things that are taking time to become functional. Like not having a way to see who has created a patient account. Or having issues with our statements. Some of it can be user error, though the team is great to help us figure things out
MFC Review
Comentarios: My overall experience with ChiroTouch is a great one. We are a newer practice and started out with Chirotouch then moved on to another product, only to return to Chirotouch. We are staying!!

The ease of operation and quality of product. Both of these make my job an enjoyable experience.
Contras:
The only thing that I can say is that there isnt enough different color choices for appointments, the colors are too similar and get mixed up in the scheduler.

Comentarios: decent, can be confusing and frustrating especially when having to navigate in and out of a patient's account vs switching screens to get from ledger to encounters routinely

detailed and specific REPORTS are not accessible, being able to do schedule changes "opening of a day that is not routine" for a specific provider when they are covering or switching a day temporarily, being able to line credit or debit an individual patient account for write off or gift card purchases

The ease of doing notes. There are still aspects that need to be improved, but they are constantly making improvements
Contras:
It is difficult to get a hold of tech support to schedule a meeting. With it constantly being updated often things go wrong.
Chirotouch Cloud 2024 review
Comentarios: Overall we are happy with the program. They have come so far since we first migrated in 2021. The tech service is always quick to respond with an issue that may arise.
Puntos a favor:
Love that I have the ability to work from home, look at the schedule, and reference patient information when I am not in the office.
Contras:
Scheduling families is an absolute pain. When there is more than 2 people in a family the check out time takes forever and causes a bottle neck at the check out station many times. There should be an option that if the family is linked then you can schedule the whole family on the same screen.

Comentarios: pretty decent; however the initial billing person that was recommended was terrible!

Comentarios: Overall we have had a good experience with the software, some issues with processes, but they were all temporary hiccups.
Puntos a favor:
How everything is connected and works in synchrony. SOAP notes are easy, coding is easy, and billing is the best I have seen thus far.
Contras:
It is a little spendy but worth it. I do not like how the online scheduler has some restrictions on layout, but it could be fixed in the future.
Why did I wait so long to switch!?!?
Comentarios: I am so pleased with my experience with ChiroTouch. The onboarding process has been so helpful, along with the training vidoes and the ChiroTouch community.
Puntos a favor:
I love how easy the software is to use, and the onboarding process has been seamless. I can't believe I continued to use my old software for so long. I wasted countless hours piecemealing programs together to accomplish my office needs when everything could have been accomplished all within ChiroTouch. Now notes and office tasks are all in one place and streamlined.
Contras:
Nothing, as of now. If anything, I wish the notes would reformat sentences so that the words are re-ordered/re-worded so it doesn't look like I am using the same words on each note.

Comentarios: Onboarding was great and the service reps are all very helpful. Sometimes getting to the right person takes a little work but everyone has been very accommodating.
Puntos a favor:
Cloud service is easy and convenient for making appointments when on the go.
Contras:
The only real issue I have is that some fields can't be tabbed through easily and you can't always have your most common charges, or selections autopopulate a field.
ChiroTouch Journey
Comentarios: It has bee a fabulous journey for the past 10 (soon to be 11) years and other practice software comes up as an ad, they do not compare with CT!

Ease of use and streamlining has been great!!
Contras:
Training after migration. My trainer was fabulous, but honestly, coming off the Classic side to the Cloud, I think training for at least be for 3-6 months. too many thigs come up after training, and a lot of times, Agents are Offline!

Admin side of the software is clunky and difficult to use. Too many clicks to get anything done.

2 Year CT User, Wouldn't Choose Anything Else!
Comentarios: Great! We love it for our clinic. It's great on the billing side and the scheduling side and keeps everything in one place perfectly.

Made by and for Chiropractors. It knows what it most useful for our clinics and implements suggestions from users often.
Contras:
There are some small things that could be more streamlined, but nothing too annoying.

Always Updating and Making ChiroTouch Better
Comentarios: Overall they have been very supportive and try to help me every time that I have questions. I also like that I have access to the ChiroTouch Community, where I can research about most things.

I like that it is always growing and changing to make it the best for the users.
Contras:
I dislike that the listings put into the notes' objective doesn't "talk with" and update the listings chart on the main charting screen.

The switch from CT Classic was worth it
Comentarios: Overall our office is very happy with ChiroTouch. We are still learning the new software, but a lot of every day tasks are a lot simpler with the help of this software.
Puntos a favor:
I like that we are able to do most things we need to do as an office all in one place.
Contras:
I wish they would focus more on the functionality and improving aspects about the charting and scheduling software. It seems like the primary focus is billing and all you can do with it, which is great, but there are a lot of small inconveniences or even reports we had on the old software that are just more cumbersome now.
Chirotouch - an excellent leading software
Comentarios: I have used Chirotouch for 12+ years and I am very happy with the product. Most importantly, I am very happy with the customer service experience, which is a 10/10!
Puntos a favor:
The platform is versatile, user friendly and makes everything from daily office front and back office use, to notes and reporting, very easy!
Contras:
The CT Server version is excellent and has been amazing for 10+ years, and the CT Cloud version is getting better every month, but many screens can still be more efficient and mouse or touch screen friendly. Overall I still love Chirotouch.

really enjoying CT now. They worked so hard to get things running more smoothly and it is so appreciated. Even adding the small things like the color option for "add ins" on the calendar. And the calendar is so easy to use. But mostly I like being able to manipulate the chart notes to my liking and needs!
Contras:
small discrepancies on the reports. Looking forward to the improvements.
Wouldn't want to practice without it
Comentarios: I've used the owned version in my old office and now the cloud-based version, both are fantastic. As the company has grown, the tech support has become less personalized, but that is to be expected. I recommend ChiroTouch to every DC.
Puntos a favor:
Most intuitive software on the market. Extremely customizable to fit a wellness practice or a completely insurance-based practice. I sleep better knowing that my charts are always up to date and ready for court if needed.
Contras:
I've been with CT for close to 20 years and their training back in the day was super, now its OK.
Best Software we've ever had
Comentarios: Has been easy to learn and use. I also appreciate that they added a permanent feature for us to that all payments are "general" save one more step
Puntos a favor:
I love that it is so easy to use and is pretty much self teaching. I also like that you can bounce back and forth between screens.
Contras:
would like to be able to choose and select patient's that have not been seen in a while also would like to select the birthday list by people seen within the year.
Comprehensive EHR
Comentarios: They have many ways to get help when you need an answer to a question.
Puntos a favor:
It is an efficient way to send claims and has so many applications available to me. It is like my smart phone! It's smarter than I am.
Contras:
It is costly, but to be honest, I have nothing to compare it to. It is the only EHR program I will ever use.
