The product itself is super easy to use and update items. It is a bit challenging to correct mistakes, so make sure you are 100% sure about the information before going live.The features we really find useful are the reconciliations reports, clearing accounts, automatic amortization, go live and reclass entries and the renewal reminders. > > **Puntos en contra**: integration was not difficult at lot, this actually helped us improve out a process by streamlining some emails. The features that are lacking are automated reports and recons that could be sent straight to our email and the addons such as non-lease payment (if your are willing pay for it the free version lacks this feature) > > Overall experience is a positive experience. Integration with NetSuite is incredibly helpful and makes the accounting process for leases seamless. (2) Having a system to calculate the amortization schedules, process amendments, and view all journals directly makes our company's lease accounting clean and auditable. We don't have to maintain manual spreadsheets that are error-prone. (3) Compared to other SuiteApps, the annual cost of NetSuite is very reasonable. It's by far the best money for time saved. (4) Customer service is great. Every time I have contacted support, they've reached out to me within about a day. > > **Puntos en contra**: CONS: Some of the reports could be more customizable within the menu item. I usually have to save customized reports as a separate search/report. > > Because our company has fewer than 10 leases, we were not sure whether a system solution was worthwhile. However, NetLease implementation and ongoing integration have been worth every penny. It is glorious to not be using Excel to track leases, lease amendments, interest rates (our auditors appreciate this as well). We also transitioned from 840 to 842 under NetLease seamlessly.
