> **Puntos a favor**: From an Admin perspective, Tekmon has been an easy tool to get familiar with. Within just a few weeks of hands-on use, I was able to master the platform's features and capabilities and offer the best options to my team / make relevant and useful suggestions to the users. From a User perspective, the interface is intuitive and user-friendly. An induction is enough for Users to get started and become autonomous in using the tool and get the information that they need.&#10;&#10;Another strong point is that the platform continues to evolve, with new features and improvements that align with real-world operational needs. They pay close attention to clients’ needs and feedback, and the development team understands the challenges businesses face and continuously adapt their solutions accordingly.

It requires on-going attention to stay current with available features, and this is necessary as an Admin to be up to speed with the Users.
