They are not. There is fees for everything, including a terminal to use their product. They also make you sign a contract for both, which will not be clearly stated by your rep. When you have finally had enough of Cybersource, you will be charged hefty fees from both Cybersource and their terminal. I was only notified of Cybersource's termination fee. Now my representative with not answer back, even to give a copy of the contract stating this. > > Terrible experience. Better Business Bureau rating are terrible as well.
