Even during the first month, I hardly used the platform (only a couple of videos) because the app's performance was poor and did not meet my expectations. The user experience was overall very unsatisfying. It is frustrating to be charged for a service I am not using and have no intention of using due to its low quality. I expected better customer flexibility for a "pro" service.
