Jane in the most clinician friendly patient charting app
Comentarios: Jane has streamlined our patient note-taking tasks, as well as making our patient appointment booking system more integrated.From the very beginning, when I made first contact with Jane staff I felt that the whole team at Jane cared passionately about what they do.It is not often that you come across a company who don't just say they care about their Clients, but live & breathe their proclaimed ethos. I get the very strong impression that caring about people is who they are.From our experience, at Cornwall Podiatry, we feel the Jane Team care about us. And that care enables us to pass forward that caring attitude in our own professional interactions with our patients.Thank you.

We love the customisability of the Jane system. It is by far the most intuitive & feature-rich digital Clinical note taking up we've used. And we've trialed about ten different ones before deciding to move to Jane.It is also the easiest to use when running a busy clinic session. The templates can be custom designed for your own style of note taking, & can be customised on the fly with other templates as you need them.Each clinician can write their own treatment plans as Jane phrases which can be called up quickly with a forward slash & a 3-4 letter code. These phrases mean whole paragraphs of treatment which are regularly used can be inserted into the notes very quickly then edited for the specific patient as necessary.When duplicating a patient daily treatment chart the diagrams/body Charts etc are all duplicated ready to be edited to match that days treatment. Again making recording the patient treatment notes much more quickly than writing it all from scratch each time.Our administrative Staff loved the fact that patient Intake forms & contact data populated all the necessary fields instead of being manually transferred previously.Also the admin staff love the way Jane sends out reminders on Texts & Emails a few days prior to the patient's appointments.
Contras:
One feature which is missing is a seach facility within reports. Plus I'd really love more colours to work with on the body Charts & sketching.

Finally found the perfect EHR system for my solo practice.
Comentarios: Excellent all around. I went through a few competitive EHR systems prior to using Jane and Jane excelled at all the common features and offered many more features that made my solo practice run super smooth. Patients always complimented the interface with the reminders, receipts, scheduling, etc. Never experienced any glitches.

Everything! It's a well thought out software, with an excellent user interface for both practitioner and patients.
Contras:
Getting set up seemed complicated and the process took some time. Once done however it was time well worth investing since once I was up and running, never had any issues and everything ran smooth.

I'd think twice before using Jane
Comentarios: Very poor staff support so far. First zoom call was close to useless and he just wanted to get off call and second one Jane staff did not show up for! Very displeased

Jane staff member did not show up to scheduled zoom call with no word or explanation. Multiple calls to try to set up new software with only minimal actual contact. They just don't answer calls or return voicemails

Amazing product, incredible customer service
Comentarios: The customer service is phenomenal: shout out to [sensitive content hidden] who just helped me with my subscription. I really appreciate all the tools/training aids in the Help section. I am super impressed with the customer service - you guys are often available when I need you and if not by phone then you'll reply fairly promptly by email. I appreciate that you guys are always striving to make a difference - every call and email asks for feedback. I am so happy to have Jane as part of my team to manage my practice. You guys rock and I tell everyone about your great service!

The user interface is easy on the eyes, clean formatting, great color schemes. The system is fairly easy to use with an abundance of text/video aids in the Help section. There's a demo option so you can practice and train on the system without it affecting real patient files/appointments. You guys are always adding new features that benefit practice management - eg, the Claim.MD insurance billing integration and innovate new tools to help practitioners such as the upcoming AI charting in beta. The customer service is phenomenal - I am so happy that I joined back in 2017-2018. Things continue to improve with this company.
Contras:
I have only positive things to say about Jane and the customer service support.

Great customer service
Comentarios: Nothing is perfect, but the overall experience is great due to customer service.

The customer service. They are all so knowledgeable, courteous and prompt. Especially [sensitive content hidden]!
Contras:
1) When I click on "Great" to the question "How would you rate my reply?" nothing happens, that button doesn't work. 2) I just lost a staff member (and all her clients attached to her) because she was not able to create her own treatments and classes without full access. This would be great for staff to have full control for treatments and classes for their clients. If I change her status from practitioner limited it compromises the confidentiality of other client files that do not belong to them.

Janeapp has painful bugs, but works fairly well once you learn the hard way about them, and how to work around them.
Comentarios: Generally good as long as I use Chrome, and know about the pages not refreshing bug and how to work around it.

That it generally works well and looks good, as long as you don't mind being forced to use Chrome when you don't want to, and work around the other minor-ish bug of having to refresh the page, or quit and reload the browser to have the Documents and/or the appointments pages updated.
Contras:
Being forced to use Chrome. How many professional apps out there actually force one to use a specific browser? Also, as above, at times having to either refresh the page or even quit and then restart the browser to have the Documents and Appointments pages updated. I was suggested to put these in "Feature requests" - but it belongs in bug fixes "requests" as it has caused me grief.

The support is amazing! All Jane representative I have spoke with we knowledgeable, friendly, supportive, and so useful! The platform looks professional and overall user friendly.
Contras:
The French features. My practice is bilingual so I find it a little harder to navigate between the 2 languages.For example: I have chose my platform in English but I'd like to share etc "how to book an appointment" video to my English and French clientèle but didn't seem to be able to find the French version of it. I also teach yoga and workshops so I sell packages. At this time people who purchase packages can't sign up for more than 1 session. It simply adds up to the work "behind the scene". Just a constructive comments.

Jane is the best software i've ever used!
Comentarios: I don't have a bad thing to say about Jane. I've used 3 other software's prior to Jane and they pale in comparison. I set up my own practise 2 years ago and I honestly feel Jane made the whole process so much easier. Thank you Jane - easy 5 stars from me.

The online booking, statements and billing documents, it integrates with stripe and phsyiapp, easy to customize forms etc. You can duplicate notes create phrases which makes writing notes quick and easy. Customer service is fantastic. Above and beyond any other similar service. And when you need to leave they send you PDF of all client notes which makes it a breeze to comply with data safe keeping.

I wish they offered it in the country I am moving to.

I like that I can log in from anywhere, on all types of devices. I don't have to pay for backup storage because it is cloud based. It is easy to use. They have a ton of help videos and articles online. Patients like the online scheduling.

Some of the reports could be better. I would like to know how many of each CPT code I have done.

The customer service is amazing, so many smart and competent people work there! The software is so intuitive and so easy to use.
Contras:
After I enter dollar amounts in the EOB and save it, I then have to refresh the billing screen to reflect the new dollar amount and pay off the amount. It's not a problem, but it's just an extra step in receiving a payment.

I hear your feedback - while you can have the patient-facing side of Jane set to French, Jane’s administrative side is not written in French. While not perfect, something we see some practices do is use the built-in translating feature of their web browser which works quite well. We always want our users to be happy with Jane, so I hope we can continue to do that for you. Thank you for being a part of our community! :)

The platform works very well, accommodates most of our needs, and is straightforward. MOST importantly, the help/service is TERRIFIC. Always get a response quickly and those who reply know what they're doing. And they go out of their way to be helpful.

It doesn't easily accommodate taking retainers on an account.

Saved work is not backed up. Only signed work. Huge flaw when massive amounts of information is lost. The new video opening in a browser has caused problems for me and several clients.

Hi Shantelle. It sounds like you had a tough experience with charting where your work was unfortunately lost. That has an impact on your day and I can see why you’re frustrated and not wanting to recommend Jane right now. I hope that we can continue to work together to earn your trust back over time. I can see how this may feel like a flaw, but I’ll also say it’s a fine balance to meet the needs of our diverse user base; we want to make Jane’s charting so customizable yet so simple that you can create any template or note to your specific needs, but can also easily add, edit, or remove text quickly with a few keystrokes. All that said, we appreciate your feedback. Ali, our co-founder, often says that we are building Jane with our community, and that is why we value hearing your feedback so much - both the good and not-so-good. We will share this back with the rest of the team and continue to improve Jane together with you and our community to make it the best it can be.

Easy for charting and patient documentation.
Comentarios: I am very happy to use Jane software as my overall experience, it is super fast, easy, and efficient to use for my patient notes at the end of the day.

I like using Jane software to track my client's appointments and to complete my documentation at the end of the day for my patients.

There is nothing currently. I am happy to use this software for my charting work.
