It has an easy to use interface where numerous backup 'jobs' can be set up for quick use later on. Filters to include and exclude categories of files can be set up as well. It is a two step process. First the application analyses the two discs and reports any backup issues which need addressing before proceeding. These include unusually large quantities of file changes, later files being overwritten by earlier files etc. The user can choose to select ignore these warning or can address them, before continuing with the synch. I worked with an employee to find this, and it works great with Office 365. I have used this software to back up my internal hard drive to removable hardware since 2005. I was searching for a replacement for Microsoft's disappointing failure, "my briefcase." Allway is free for occasional use, but I am so impressed, I purchased the license. First, it is intuitive. Just type in our browse to the two drive names and hit "Analyze." The software does a comparison analysis and shows you the new, the changed, the deleted, and unchanged files. Hit the "Synchronize" button and the software quickly updates one or both file folders depending on your settings. It will also synchronize with your website or cloud storage through ftp. Simple, fast, flawless, and free to try, it is the simple answer to file back-up and synchronization. > > **Puntos en contra**: This software is flawless, if I have to complain about something, it is that the user interface is functional but boring. But when a product works as good as this one, who cares? > > I have several databases, websites and directories of correspondence that represent thousands of hours of work.
