Customer support is responsive and knowledgeable. > > **Puntos en contra**: There is a bit of a learning curve but they have a large quantity of learning materials and support to assist. > > Great once the software was integrated and all the staff was trained. ----- ### "SIMPLY AMAZING" — 5.0/5 > **Ashley** | *13 de junio de 2025* | Propiedad inmobiliaria | Valoración de la recomendación: 10.0/10 > > **Puntos a favor**: It's user friendly and saves a lot of time. You can use it on your phone, tablet, computer no matter where you are as long as you have internet. > > **Puntos en contra**: I have no CONS when it comes to qualia. I would highly recommend other law firms to convert over to this. > > Amazing, between the user friendly software and the classes to keep you inform or help out with the software. It's amazing ----- ### "Worst Experience in my 21 year career in Real Estate. NIGHTMARE\!" — 1.0/5 > **Brett** | *25 de septiembre de 2023* | Servicios jurídicos | Valoración de la recomendación: 0.0/10 > > **Puntos a favor**: NOTHING\! The software is not user friendly and customer service is horrible\! > > **Puntos en contra**: We were promised before I switched legal software that they ALWAYS have the most recent title forms on Qualia. This was an OUTRIGHT LIE, and after using for more than 6 months they still do not have the updated forms. We were told that merging documents would be "easy" and "fast" and it absolutely was not. Accounting in the system is terrible, as you cannot overwrite checks and deposits in Qualia if something changes at the table. > > It was a DISASTER from the get go. The onboarding they require focuses more on trying to sell you additional services that Qualia offers for even more money instead of training. My staff is very software friendly and we used this daily for over 6 months only to be told that our numerous concerns were based on our inexperience and inability to learn a new software. ----- ### "Great company, great service, and the perfect Title Platform\!" — 5.0/5 > **Ray** | *22 de septiembre de 2025* | Propiedad inmobiliaria | Valoración de la recomendación: 10.0/10 > > **Puntos a favor**: I love the fact that the company and the staff are forward thinkers and always trying to make the title industry quicker and efficient\! > > **Puntos en contra**: Really hardly anything. The cost of certain products might be a little higher than the industry standard. Sometimes is takes a while to get a ticket answered or resolved. > > Wonderful\! I love that we can bring ideas to Qualia and they listen and/or create some kind of system or add on that helps our company. They are real open to learning from the people who are doing title work on a daily basis. ----- ### "Pros and cons of Qualia" — 4.0/5 > **Camilla** | *22 de septiembre de 2025* | Propiedad inmobiliaria | Valoración de la recomendación: 8.0/10 > > **Puntos a favor**: Having all the info in the system so you can share you file with co-workers etc. I love that the premiums all calculate for you . > > **Puntos en contra**: There are issues sometimes with the accounting portion. I cannot tell you exactly at this time as it just happens on files. > > Qualia saves time as long as the people you work with use it properly as well. Which may not be the comment you want since that is a personal issue. ----- Página: 1 de 10\ Siguiente: [Página siguiente](https://www.capterra.co/software/159101/qualia?page=2) ## Enlaces - [Ver en Capterra](https://www.capterra.co/software/159101/qualia) ## Esta página se encuentra disponible en los siguientes idiomas | Local | URL | | de | | | de-AT | | | de-CH | | | en | | | en-AE | | | en-AU | | | en-CA | | | en-GB | | | en-IE | | | en-IL | | | en-IN | | | en-NZ | | | en-SG | | | en-ZA | | | es | | | es-AR | | | es-CL | | | es-CO | | | es-CR | | | es-DO | | | es-EC | | | es-MX | | | es-PA | | | es-PE | | | fr | | | fr-BE | | | fr-CA | | | fr-LU | | | it | | | nl | | | nl-BE | | | pt | | | pt-PT | | ----- ## Datos estructurados
