Helping Your Customer Help Themselves

Comentarios: Birdeye has been great in communications now that I have a dedicated rep. Her help each month is invaluable and helps troubleshoot any issues pretty quickly.

Do NOt waste your money

Comentarios: I have a small real estate company and I am perfectly capable of getting reviews on my own BUT I chose Birdeye because the promised to fix some issues I have problems with.
I have a lot of buyers and seller that live out of the country and they were no able to leave reviews on google for me. Birdeye said "NO PROBLEM", we can help you with this. Well, they did NOT help and did NOT solve the problem!!!
I also told them I wanted to connect to my personal FB page NOT my business pages. Of course they lied to me and they couldn't connect to my personal page!
I also have two (don't ask me how that happend...) google business pages and I wanted to connect to the one that has all the reviews. Again, they said no problem......This is over8 month ago and still no solution for either one of my issues. I complained and complained and the only thing that happend is that they assigned a new person to me every thime I called. Wanted to cancel because they did nothing but lie to me BUT ofcourse they were not willing to let me out of the contract. $3000 total waste of money, time and energy!!!

Great review program

Comentarios: Used daily to respong to client reviews, which are huge as thats how most people select their professional services

The AI generated review responses are great, emails when a client submits a review are very helpful

I like Birdeye. It has many options to help direct and manage multiple social media sites; and it’s user-friendly. It also offers options for auto-reply and auto-populate. This feature helps streamline the process when replying to client reviews, comments, and inquiries.

Contras:

Nothing at the present time that is least helpful when utilizing Birdeye.

Review management features, the social media integration is fantastic! Very easy to use.

Contras:

SMS marketing list segmentation needs serious work. The tags are complicated and confusing. Cannot send SMS marketing to more than one list at a time.

All Spin No Substance

Comentarios: All Spin - Brokers steer clearWe are a mortgage brokerage in Australia who were sold on this by slick sales staff who constantly bad mouthed their competitors. The product is not fit for purpose, after sales support is deplorable, people don't respond, completely disregard or ignore question or concers and even address you by the wrong name. We are seeking a refund as this product is not fit for purpose and has not delivered as promised, and have been completely ignored. We will be making official complaints with Australian authorities should things not improve within the week.

Awful after sales service and rude operators who don't know what they are doing

Comentarios: Love how you can set it and forget it and it will do its job month after month, year after year, reliably.

The ease of integration and automation to dental practice management systems for us and our clients is superb. Super simple to install. Customer service has also been superb, they are dedicated to solving problems.

The actual interface can sometimes be a bit difficult to navigate.

Comentarios: Birdeye has come a very long way since we first started working with them in 2016. They have always had exceptional customer service and a super fast turn-around time on support tickets.

Being able to automate review responses saves my team HOURS of work each week. It's been a huge game changer.

Contras:

Birdeye does a lot of things right and has continued to release many different features over the years we've been working together. I can't think of anything I dislike about Birdeye. Any issues I've had have been handled right away. They have been more than accommodating.

Simple to Use, All-in-one Platform

Comentarios: We've been using it for a few years and I find that setup and ongoing use is simple and easy to use.

It does seem to disconnect from social platforms more than I'd like. That is most likely on the social platform side though.

Better Solutions Available. (BirdEye cares about their business not yours.)

Comentarios: The software is decent. It seems to me that BirdEye cares more about their business, than their clients business. We were adopting a new software (ServiceTitan) to manage our technician scheduling, billing, project management, office management, etc. This new software was going to replace two of the main reasons we were using BirdEye. We communicated this to our BirdEye sales representative 6 weeks before our agreement with BirdEye was to renew. Our English speaking sales rep said "Ok, well just let us know." A few weeks later when I told them for sure that we'd be adopting the new software in 4-5 months. They said "welp, we require a 30 day notice to cancel or your account automatically renews for this initial term of the agreement, so you'll need to stay with us for another year." We have since onboarded with the new software but are stuck paying BirdEye $1700+ month for a service we no longer need. Very frustrating. We are now paying $1700+ a month for a software we don't need. Shame on me for not memorizing their agreement. Shame on their sales rep for not telling me plainly "look if you are going to adopt a new software in a few months-- give us notice of cancellation now and then when your current term expires we can go month-to-month." Very frustrating. We escalated the issue to an upper management guy in India who made it clear BirdEye's cares more about BirdEye than their clients. Shame on BirdEye for unreasonable business practices.

The BirdEye solution is decent. Review requests get delivered and the process for getting reviews from customers is a simple process.

Contras:

Poor business practices. Your sales rep will likely be a native English speaker, advanced customer service will be handled buy a specialist who is talented but overseas. Nothing wrong with overseas software firms or client support-- but wow, it was really frustrating at times especially when you have questions related billing and agreement questions.

Comentarios: They have not generated any leads for us & they don't provide the promised service. They don't deliver any service and don't care to respond except to charge us monthly. Seems to be no more than elaborate scam of small business and would recommend it be avoided. Had to cancel our credit card to stop them from charging us.

Bad company which is made worse by bad customer support

Comentarios: Their people are not trust worthy and their support is very bad. They blame internal mismanagement for their problems and I'm sure that's correct. Just making people aware to avoid making the same mistakes as me and others.

Nothing, poor choice on my part. This company portrayed itself to be something it isn't, an honest company. Not a reputable outfit. Plenty other better options out there for which people can choose.

Their services and support for those services are unbelievably poor
