I also appreciate the auto-responses to reviews. A the store level, the sales team appreciate being able to text and send quotes via the platform. We also love that all messages, emails, webchats, etc. come into one inbox. > > **Puntos en contra**: Integration issues with our CRM has been an on-going trial, but the blame falls on our CRM rather than Birdeye. Mass texting campaigns are a separate cost and are kind of expensive. > > Many of my clients have been using Birdeye for several years and have grown to love the easy communication with customers via the platform. We appreciate the auto-review request setup which allows us to resolve potential issues when customers have complaints offline. We have received excellent support from our Customer Success Managers and appreciate the transparent reporting. Overall, we have seen our reviews skyrocket and rating improve.
