It's also a great value for money - it has most of the features that big platforms have, but it's a lot cheaper. The support is also amazing - they reply quickly, and I'm always satisfied (no bots). I also think it has the most clear ticketing widget, which doesn't take too much space on the website, even with multiple ticketing options, and you don't have to scroll to find the right option.
