Comentarios: Overall ServiceTitan is the best. I am a huge advocate for the ServiceTitan software. I only want to see it grow even more than it already has. They are constantly improving the software!

I love the all in one software that ServiceTitan is. It combines so many features into one convenient location. I have always felt this way since the beginning.
Contras:
ServiceTitan is a wonderful software. And I don't have anything to say that could be a con at this time. Maybe that I wish more people were using the community feature!

Gave it 4 only because there's always room to improve.
Comentarios: Overall, we love using ST. We can customize a lot of features to meet our needs.
Puntos a favor:
The amount of detail you can save for each customer, location, unit; how you can track each of them, run reports & KPI-s.
Contras:
The fact that there is no way to invoice an item as a percentage (mostly for projects). As of today, we are creating multiple line items of the same task based on the payment terms, each one with a percentage so that the total adds up to 100%. It's very cumbersome. The other option would be to bill the whole thing and keep the invoice open until the project is complete, which is not good for accounting reasons. We couldn't think of another way.

ServiceTitan is a great software. We use it at work and I love learning new things all the time. It has simplified so much for our company. It is easy to learn and easy to use. It has helped us grow our customer database and reach our existing customers to be able to better inform them when a technician is scheduled, coming to their home and even follow up afterward. Our technicians love it as well and it gives us in the office all the information we need to keep our database up to date. They offer so many ways to dive deeper into the software and learn from each other including SparkSessions, EmberSessions and Torch Network. I would recommend ServiceTitan.
Contras:
I haven't found anything I dislike at this time.

Comentarios: Nightmare. Had to cancel my contract and fight with them to cancel it.
Puntos a favor:
None. The platform was too complex, the sales pitch was good, but what you actually sign the contract for is less than the add-on costs for each module that they don't disclose on the front end.
Contras:
The introductory sales call provides pricing for the size of your business. Then, over the course of the 12-week onboarding program (overly time-consuming), they reveal that you will be paying (thousands) more for each add-on module (ie marketing, phone, etc.)

Best HVAC software out there!
Comentarios: Very good, we having been using it for four years and we are still learning and getting to know the product.
Puntos a favor:
It is so nice to have everything in the same spot, invoicing, dispatch, pricebook, inventory, payroll, etc. There is a good connection and communication between the office and the field because of the software.
Contras:
Sometimes there are bugs, which is to be expected with any software, I also think training on new items products could be better.

Project Management Perfected
Comentarios: With ServiceTitan, the management of projects has been easier; not complicated procedures have been made systematic. The platform is easy to use: direct coordination results in fewer gaps and improves organizational team productivity with unprecedented ease.

One area where ServiceTitan provides two groundbreaking enhancements that improve work management. In terms of functionality, the advanced scheduling algorithm suggests accurate project timelines, and the full-featured dashboard allows simple, real-time monitoring of the team’s work and project progress to identify the distribution of resources.
Contras:
No in-depth asynchronous analyses for heightened performance potentials. The mobile application built has limited capability compared to the desktop version. Limited flexibility of customizing the current layout of reporting templates.

Only marketing prowess can get software this bad this far
Comentarios: I was sold on many things by the time we signed up for service titan, but issue after issue, it didn't matter - how responsive their customer service was, the "quantity of features", the percent of increased sales - it just doesn't work well. They also didn't follow through with their obligation to help with a number items outlined in the contract. After my customer support manager went dark, and her manager went dark, I initiated a stop payment; only then I was contacted - by the billing department. When I explained the situation and asked for help, they said they would reach out. I didn't hear back until their collections team followed up which obviously went nowhere. I find it incredibly hard to beleive that Service Titan is considered a successful company. Even for the clients that this is working for - I can only expect they stay with ST out of convenience of due to the contract. There are so many better options out there, in every way (no exaggeration). As if to add insult to injury, this must also be the most expensive option on the market as well.

The many, many people involved with onboarding were friendly; kind of what I expect the initial joining of a cult would be like.
Contras:
The 5-week onboarding & training before go-live should have been an indicator that this software is highly unintuitive. They sold it as built by-and-for tradesmen, but I strongly disagree. In a world of clever software intuitiveness, service titan is far from in keeping with modern standards of UX/UI and even stable functionality.

Comentarios: Is by far the best software we have used, like any software it has it's glitches and limitations but just keeps getting better and better.
Puntos a favor:
The software itself is user-friendly and makes streamlining everyday processes very easy. Service Titan is forever evolving and improving, so it is nice to have software to grow with you.
Contras:
Because they are a continuously growing company, their employee turnover rate per position is pretty high, so it can be a little frustrating having to continuously work with new success managers. Support is not always the easiest to deal with as well. Also, yes the software is forever evolving, which is great, but we find it hard sometimes to be able to customize the software to fit every aspect of our business model and day to day operations.

The best CRM for the trades
Comentarios: Our overall experience with ServiceTitan has been really great! It is the best software by a long shot! It is pricey but you certainly get what you pay for.
Puntos a favor:
We love how easy ServiceTitan makes things on our customers. Automated text messages when a technician is on the way, ability to pay their invoice online, and fast online scheduling with real time availability makes us very simple to do business with!
Contras:
The implementation and setup is quite the process. New feature onboarding requires a lot of research and figuring out for yourself. ServiceTitan helps as much as they can but not having a dedicated account rep anymore makes this a little challenging.

The Joys of Software - Service Titan
Comentarios: From an accounting angle, it's great from top to bottom - nuts and bolts - assist with all aspects - and export with ease to other software i.e. Quickbooks Enterprise.
Puntos a favor:
The ease of accessibility and ease of customer service assisting with any issues that arise during a normal workday.
Contras:
Always updating and have to get used to using different view platform but it functions so well.

More features, more benefits, more issues
Comentarios: Overall, Customer service has been pretty responsive, although not always able to provide a viable solution or work-around to issues. The software itself is robust to the point of being overly so. There are a ton of features. The Pricebook alone has a ton of aspects we continue to underutilize such as product images, recommendations, and templates. It took a ton of work to get everything setup and running the way we want and there is still a lot of room for improvement. The best part about ST is the community. Between Facebook groups, forums, networking events and new ideas within ServiceTitan, somebody has an answer to your issue 95% of the time. The financing integration has really helped our technicians help more of our customers as well.
Puntos a favor:
I believe ST works diligently to add new features and expand existing features. Some oversight may exist on fixing bugs or addressing issues. ServiceTitan has more functionality than most other CRMs, but the more complex something is, the more issues there can be. ServiceTitan has absolutely given us a better grasp on business operations and helped us increase our revenue.
Contras:
Location being required for field staff is a huge battery drain on devices and not a function we need for the software to work as we intend it, especially as the dispatch map doesn't update in real time. The software is very expensive and requires a large investment to make someone a "Managed Tech" meaning it is restrictive for certain roles in our organization.

The ability to customize many fields. Also love Knowledge Base and community which helps see what others in my industry are doing

The customer support is a bit lacking. We keep switching CSMs which isnt' conducive but other than that it's ok.

6+ Years Using Service Titan
Comentarios: Both companies I have worked for saw major improvements after switching software. Service Titan provides a level of detail that the other systems were missing.
Puntos a favor:
Service Titan is excellent at keeping everything organized. I have worked for two different companies that switched to Service Titan. It vastly improved our customer service and efficiency.
Contras:
The customer service over the years has not been great. I know they are working to improve it though. Also there are some great features that are hidden unless you ask your CSM to turn them on. There should be more discussions or annual reviews about features that companies could add to improve quality of life without the customer having to ask or research on their own.

Great for orgnaization

Great product, Service Titan's service is good and helpful, also customer's love getting notifications when our technicians are on route...
Overall, our technicians like it and our office staff.
Puntos a favor:
There are many different things I Like about Service Titan some of the most important is Calendar Organization, the Content portal and being able to keep a good working customer history back-up which is easy to look-up when in need.
Contras:
One of the minor things i don't like but not necessary a deal breaker is that there is no drag and drop in calendar view, but its still pretty easy to change your schedule when required.

A Powerful Tool, and You'll Pay for It
Comentarios: I'm glad to be past the implementation stage. Due to the cost of their add-on components, I am open to looking at other solutions, but it would take a lot for me to propose a change.

As a cloud-based software platform designed for trades businesses, I really appreciate ServiceTitan's comprehensive solution, seamless integration, and industry support. It’s been a game-changer for managing our operations and improving customer experiences.
Contras:
This is an expensive solution with a steep learning curve. Reporting is okay, but if you're looking for trends, good luck. Also, once you're set up, you'll want additional functionality, which ServiceTitan is happy to provide, at a significant additional cost.

Scheduling pro is pretty awful, stay away.
Comentarios: Bad. Despite years of building out the Service Titan CRM within our company I am seriously considering switching to House call pro or one of the other CRM software's even though it means redoing everything which is a lot of work.

Contras:
Scheduling pro or formally schedule engine is absolutely terrible. We don't get very many negative google reviews but the few we have received have almost all been because of schedule engine call answering agents. When you try to cancel the call answering service they never answer the phone, they do not return your calls and they just keep billing you a lot of money month after month. They bill through Service titan so you will have to stop paying for your CRM membership in order to stop paying Scheduling Pro. It is basically a scam and reflects very poorly on Service Titan as a company.

Great Product
Comentarios: Overall it is one of the best pieces of software I have worked with in the industry for a long time.
