I don't like that someone has to be added as a document owner in order to make changes to the document. I am also noticing that Employee level users can't see things that I have assigned to them. I had to move them to a production level user in order for them to work on things that even they were the owner of. > > The onboarding and training with Isolocity has been awesome. This is the 6th eQMS I have used, and the 3rd time I have been part of the implementation of the eQMS. \[sensitive content hidden\] has really been a vital asset to us for our implementation. I honestly don't think we could have done it without her. She was even so patient with us that she went through our PQ and suggested corrections and additions. That is just not the kind of service you get from a lot of eQMS providers. The platform offers a comprehensive Quality Management System that could function as a complete, standalone solution for businesses. Since we integrated it with our existing system, the process hasn't been as seamless as it might have been for companies using it independently.
