Comentarios: No Internal Audit Management System is perfect but AuditBoard is one of the two best players in the market.

Ease of use, continual updates, focus on Internal Audit.

Contras:

Implementation process, workstream module.

Comentarios: Positive. When I have challenges, they're very quick to help

User friendly, great visually, customizable, good support. Great for audit.

Contras:

Still some small limitations but the platform is aware and continues to roll out updates.

Good tool, but needs to be updated per customer feedback

Comentarios: Overall experience AuditBoard is very responsive to our emails and tickets. Most of the time they do resolve our issues and do provide guidance that resolves our issues. The issues we have are the items they have moved away from updating such as moving narratives from old format to new. AuditBoard is so focused to AI that they are not looking at the simple fixes and updates that some customers want.

- Very responsive customer service - Ability to see all controls - Ability to see all issues - Ability to see all narratives - Ability to extract controls onto an excel spreadsheet and pick the attributes

Contras:

- Updating the controls in the narratives, very difficult and complicated - Workstream, not user friendly and complicated - Setting up reminders - Dashboarding

Auditboard is easy to use and very intuitive.

Contras:

customization is not as easy as some other similar products.
