Once the firm templates, memos, documents even emails were built the day to day time wasting tasks went away. Once client data is entered communication is a joy as all forms, documents and really anything with data can be prefilled for you. Having my billing and accounting under the same umbrella and connected to Quickbooks is just a pleasure as well as a time saver. > > **Puntos en contra**: There are a few items that are clunky, like no middle name or initial block. There is a limited amount of customization and no CRM. > > I have to admit the learning curve was steep for me personally. However, when I figured out how to build my forms and documents and ensure I had my data entered, LEAP really showed its versatility and power.
