When you try to pull from NCSA, Front Rush does not copy over phone numbers so you have to go back in manually and add numbers to every recruit. Front Rush also does not show new names in order of when you added them. I was able to get on calls with Customer Support after sending multiple emails asking for help but they were unable to assist. You also cannot cancel whenever so you spend hundreds of dollars to input NCSA contact information yourself. > > I would describe my overall experience with Front Rush as frustrating. Took me awhile to hear back from customer service and then had my contract automatically renewed at a higher price. Reporting tools are very difficult to put together, even organizing a list of students is difficult, and you can't wrap text for your notes (so your note just goes into a long, endless line instead of a neat box). Everytime I try to filter the list of potential recrtuits for a sport, my results come up empty.
