It is incredibly easy to navigate, and our team loves having all of their payroll and HR information readily available in one place. On the client side, I regularly used the expense management feature to track and add our company credit card expenses, which streamlined our process. As a supervisor of the payroll team, I also found the day-to-day payroll functionality and brief HR features we utilized to be very reliable once fully operational.

> **Puntos en contra**: Some of the back-end features and initial configurations are quite complex and difficult to set up properly on your own. We frequently needed a lot of hands-on assistance from Paycom’s support team to get everything configured correctly.

> Overall, Paycom is a solid, comprehensive platform. There is definitely a learning curve and some frustration when dealing with the back-end setup, but once the system is configured properly, things run smoothly and it works exactly as it's supposed to.

> **Puntos a favor**: Our Customer Service Reps have been fantastic\! Our client rep comes onsite to do best practice meetings that are very valuable to us, we schedule our office closed for these to be able to fully learn how to do things better or what improvements were made. Paycom is always updating to make things better. Our implementation for our previous system was horrible so we were worried moving to Paycom but our implementation rep made our transition/implementation so easy it was unreal. He was absolutely phenomenal.  Even when we ran into snags, he stayed with us to work things out sometimes even after hours. Their teams are the best to communicate and work with.

> **Puntos en contra**: There are a few things that are a little tedious such as moving staff over to another supervisor when someone leaves and we haven't been able to get the evaluation system working like we want it to (its more due to the way we do our evaluations and how people move so much in our organization that Paycom) but we are hopeful that future updates will eventually fix these things since they do take suggestions for improvements to their developers for future updates. This is not enough of an issue for us to not like the rest of the system or leave them. No system is 100% perfect.

> Overall everything with Paycom has been 100 x better than our previous system even considering any issues we have run into.  Most things are workable or we can find out a better way to do something from our reps. Most things can be fixed quickly. We are very pleased with this system.  Our  \[sensitive content hidden\] is contracted through a large healthcare system and he is always telling me that he likes our Paycom system as a manager much better than the system they moved too so that is a plus. Our Managers and employees have learned to utilize the system well and we mostly hear positive comments regarding it.
