"eBanking Review"
Comentarios: We have realized the benefits of happy clients who are able to access their accounts online as well and through mobile banking. The app especially, is a fantastic way to help our clients meet their business and personal banking goals by having access to their accounts 24/7/365! Our marketing website which is hosted by FPS GOLD, has a wonderful amount of information and resources within it from education to what to do if you have been a victim of identity theft, phishing, vishing, fraud and other things. Educational information and connections to other websites with great information like the FTC and FBI to name a few.
Puntos a favor: eBanking - where to begin?? I love our ebanking and FPS has a great team to support us everyday and through every rough patch we have had! We are able to stay current and relevant in the fast paced banking environment we are currently in with an online banking solution from FPS. We also employ our APP with many of the features available for use through our desktop online banking. The mobile has a few less options than the web version, is robust and functions well and is very user friendly overall. Both business and consumer clients have access to online banking via the web or mobile app with the ability to perform tasks such as looking at history to see what has cleared, making mobile deposits, transfers, paying another person with P2P payments, internal and external transfers. bill pay, loan payments and extra to principle. Loan advances are allowed when turned on as are other features and options. Money Desktop or MX is a budgeting tool you can access both ways as well and is a wonderful way to see all accounts in one place as well as your budget and financial goals.
Contras: The things I like least....this is a short list!! I think the one thing I don't like so much is there is not a way for me as a consumer to see my entire account number is I needed it short of going to the e-statement area. IT would be wonderful if there was a place to click that said "see my entire account number". It could be password protected and you would enter the same password or biometric as you did when you logged in to your account. If the correct information was added or scanned, it would then populate the account number, type of account, and routing number. I do have an account at another f/I which has this functionality on their website and it is nice to have. Especially at 1:00pm on Sunday afternoon when I am trying to set up a payment to a specific merchant and I don't have any checks to look at for my account number.

"eBanking at your fingertips"
Comentarios: eBanking through FPSGold has surpassed our expectations from what we were getting from a previous core provider.
Puntos a favor: Ease of use, robust features, biometrics, many options to make our customers banking easy to use. Our customers have enjoyed the upgrades that have been made and they love the added options such as mobile deposits, external transfers, P2P, and much more. Many of the consumer features have been added to business users, with business users having more features to manage their business accounts. As a bank, we have more controls to manage our consumer and business setups with ease. These features are also provided to administrators for business online banking.
Contras:
Currently, there is not a B2B option utilizing the proper SEC code for our business customer base.
With any recent software release, you may still find a few glitches. However, once glitches are reported, the team at FPS GOLD jumps right on the problem to resolve and communication the resolution.

Comentarios: Customer Service is prompt and knowledgeable staff.
Puntos a favor: Functionality, navigation, services offered. Services such as P2P, I2I, Mobile deposit. Interface with MX and budgeting
Contras: I can't think of anything at this time.

"Bank CMS is the best feature"
Puntos a favor: As an administrator, the addition of Bank CMS, which is an interface that I can use to change certain elements of the website without having to submit a work order to FPS, such as Ad or Alert messages.
Contras: As a user, I think eBanking is very user friendly, easy to navigate and gives me everything I need to stay current with my accounts. As an administrator, I get a lot of great feedback from customer who use the product.

"Great product!"
Comentarios: Fewer customer calls because they can access their account information online quickly without a call to the bank.
Puntos a favor: Ease of use. Lots of customer compliments on how well our online banking works and how easy it is to navigate.
Contras: Cannot think of any cons on this product.
