Muy buena solucion para ofrecer tus servicios digitales

Comentarios: Es una buena plataforma para ofrecer servicios, pero creo que está más enfocada en trabajos a domicilio que remotos. De igual manera creo que es buena plataforma y al recomiendo si ofrecer servicios a domicilio

Es muy fácil de usar, tiene una prueba gratuita con duración limitada que ayuda a entender la aplicación y su finalidad. Ofrece flexibilidad para ofrecer servicios por horas o por proyectos

Contras:

Las comisiones no me gustaron para nada, si bien entiendo que la plataforma debe sustentarse de alguna manera, prefiero ofrecer mis servicios como autónomo sin alguien que me controle

Jobber makes me not hate running a business

Comentarios: Great. very happy and we make many decisions in how we operate based on how Jobber helps us accomplish where we want to go.

Puntos a favor:

From getting customers info at the request stage, creating quotes that collect deposits, seamless transition to work orders, to effortless collection on invoices Jobber makes running a business a lot easier then it normally is. Export to QBO saves us a ton of time with our Book Keeper.

Contras:

Not having inventory is a bummer. There is a huge focus on Marketing to customers which I'm sure is very important to most companies. Inventory, IMHO would be the cherry on top and would GREATLY simply my life and would significantly increase the value of Jobber (I would happily pay more for this option)

Software that changed my life

Comentarios: Easy to understand along with great customer support as needed when getting started or while training my next best employee. I love the options that allow my use of Jobber to grow as my company grows…adding just the features that we need and not paying for what we don’t use.

Easy billing Very simple. Input for contacts is simple and its an easily navigated software system. Though, built for more of a startup targeted company, it is decent and reliable.

Jobbers not a job getter👎

Comentarios: I've been a contractor for 17 years. Rated A+ by the BBB and featured on the who's who magazine. My opinion, this software is a big zero. I had just as much difficulty with the customer service reps as I did with the apps function ability.

Comentarios: I love Jobber. It's allowed the service division to become more efficient since introducing Jobber to our department. With the efficiency we've had trackable growth.

Jobber has been a pleasure to work with!

Comentarios: Overall Jobber has been a pleasure to work with, has saved me plenty of time, and is a great all in one software to increase productivity.

Puntos a favor:

Jobber runs smoothly, and does a great job of keeping everything centralized and efficient in our back end office as well as keeps the field well informed.

Contras:

There are some tiny efficiency improvements or specific things that would greatly increase the value of the product. I find that Jobber still marks clients that are not active as active. (I don't archive them, perhaps that's the work around?) The schedule isn't shown while scheduling jobs or assessments, another small thing as I open a tab on a separate screen, and I was hoping to be able to leave notes for our staff at each step of the client journey, pertaining to that specific step. That is not a feature. The biggest thing is jobber has two time clocks but doesn't separate the hours when integrating with your payroll service. I pay 2 separate wages, one for driving (general time) and another for cleaning (Job time). I have to manually log the different times and then edit the payroll. It would also be helpful if I could set tips paid to auto distribute to employees that worked on that specific job compared to manually sourcing them and distributing.

Comentarios: Excellent when we decided to use jobber our business has become more organized and efficient it helps keep track of our returning customers and our new customers, also helps with communication with our customers by email we use the marketing opportunities to run special each month to generate business, stay on top of quotes, keep track of routes, employees profit proformance and overall company revenue. Hands down way better than the old fashion way of paper and pens we used to use. Jobber has helped bring my company from the mom and pop company of old to one of the major competitive company we have become.

Not much haven't had to many complaints, my employees find it easy to use and office staff like the way it keeps things organized. Customers seem to like the online payment opportunity and the abilities to review their account. Communication with custom is also a plus the online request helps keep the phone lines open for new business to call.

The monthly fees are fairly high for Canadians , with the conversion. I wish it integrated with gmail calendar so I don't have to use two calendars

Great for field tracking

Comentarios: It’s great for what it does. But is only part of a tech stack not the only software you need

The automated communication between company and customer is great! This alone makes it a great tool for a good customer experience. It’s also clear to the technicians what to install

Contras:

It’s only useful quoting and installing. I made the mistake thinking this is a CRM. We’ve lost thousands until we got a CRM that does customer follow up for those that receive a quote but don’t sign up.

Jobber user for life!

The App, scheduling, time tracking, billing, customer communication and the fact that they have widgets/other companies that coincide with Jobber to help with our website and reviews. These are all features that we utilize every single day of operation. You'll never go wrong using JOBBER

Comentarios: The App has been wonderful to utilize. The Customer Support has been responsive when we need to reach out for assistance. Jobber has made office employees' lives easier to manage required tasks with the way Jobber is set up. Whenever anyone calls trying to get us to try a new management system we automatically say NO THANK YOU, we are HAPPY with JOBBER!

Jobber is an all-in-one system organizational tool including: tracking man hours, automatically clock in technicians once arrived at customer's location, easy invoicing, quotes, convenient field utilization, and scheduling appointments is now a breeze with the calendar function.

The Title of the Job does not transfer from Request, to Quote, to Job, and Invoice creating additional redundant work.

Quoting went from 60+ minutes to less than 5 minutes

Comentarios: Jobber has moved us from paper and siloed systems that were clunky at best to an interface that allows us to see our entire business at a glance.

Jobber is a tool that works well out of the box. Having worked in complex health and manufacturing organizations, I have seen firsthand what sort of messes happen when the software as seen as the solution to all operational facets. Jobber works well to support companies that have good standard processes. It is also priced in an extremely accessible way for small business to get the advantages of such a complete field service management tool. They are savvy in that they can make money on credit card transactions but also provide this seamless transaction experience with the lowest transaction cost that we have encountered.

Contras:

Change orders, pulling quoted options to a job, being able to update a job location once the job is created. Small inconveniences that we have workarounds for until the functionality is added.

Comentarios: Overall experience, I’d say about a 7 1/2 or eight from the very beginning till now, you guys have fixed a lot of bugs throughout the years so it’s getting better but the two things I mentioned up top would be beneficial to everybody

I like the price point of Jobber and the easiness of it.

Contras:

The main two things I do not like about this program first is if you have a invoice or a quote wrote out in someone’s name you can’t just go in there and change the name and address. You have to start a whole entire new quote and copy and paste it would be a lot more use a friendly if you could just add the adding of it so the same invoice or QUOTE can be sent. The second thing I don’t like about it is I have to do monthly bonuses for our employees every month and I have to calculate their sales. I wish there was a way to be able to click on the area where the names are so they can get all jumbled up into one group each so it’s easier to calculate, or be able to just look up the technicians name and see how much they sold that month in sales. Right now I have to go through each individual invoice from the legacy invoice section and calculate each person’s invoices throughout the entire month and it takes forever.

Comentarios: It is the best on the market for our business, but it is still lacking in some areas. I have no doubt one day they will be perfect but there is definitely growing pains as our business grows with jobber.

Puntos a favor:

The customizable fields to cater jobber to your business. New features like Sales rep statistics is a welcome addition. We didn't know that we needed it but once jobber set it up we find ourselves pulling the reports for data.

Contras:

Customer service isn't the best. After you get through the ai bot usually the representatives say that they will follow up to the developer team. I do not like when the display changes four times within a season.

Comentarios: Overall we have been with Jobber for 5+ years and it does everything we need and more. Highly recommend it to any company in the service industry.

Puntos a favor:

The automatic invoicing, syncing of data to multiple different platforms, integration of reviews and marking, and ease of use! Jobber takes a lot of the follow-up and day-to-day busy tasks off our hands! Allows us to get back to what we are good at!

Contras:

I'm not sure if it's a Jobber issue or a Gusto issue, but sometimes the timesheets don't sync. Other than that, no complaints!
