Instead, reporting feels more fragmented than it should be, and it takes extra time to pull together information that should be readily available for making day-to-day business decisions. It's genuinely easy to learn — both office staff and field crews pick it up quickly, even people with no CRM experience. The client hub is a nice touch: customers can approve quotes and pay invoices themselves, and once a quote is approved it converts straight into a job with no re-entry. QuickBooks sync keeps the accounting side in check, and support has been responsive when I've needed help. > > **Puntos en contra**: Managing client tags is more tedious than it should be — you have to keep going back into each client's profile to add or update them one at a time, which gets time-consuming once your client list grows. From the same system I'm able to pull up a client's entire history, send estimates, revise estimates, refer to job notes from technicians for troubleshooting, and invoice the same day a job is complete. While no system is perfect, Jobber customer service is quick, efficient and helpful to address issues and implement suggested solutions by their users. Easy to use, affordable, robust and adaptable.
