As the TurnCloud team reviewed with me all of the capabilities and features, I realized this could be my one stop shop to meet all of my office needs. As with all providers, documentation has been my biggest Achilles Heel. \[sensitive content hidden\] of TurnCloud has spent a significant amount of time teaching me how to maximize the capabilities of this software and has helped me customize the EHR to help fit my needs. He walked me through how to set up my own phrases, how to add categories and personalize my note taking system which has been amazing. From a billing standpoint, you can import your customized fees based on insurance company, directly into the billing software once your note is written. As a provider, I can now quickly right and accurate note, import the charges from the note and submit to the Clearinghouse. I have been in practice for approximately 30 years, and I can honestly say in just two weeks I am now set to maximize technology and free up some of my time to focus on patient care and have some free time. \[sensitive content hidden\], and the entire team, are personable, take they time ensuring that you understand all the steps to the software, follow-up and honestly care about your success with their system. Billing is more complicated than the sister program chiro8000.
