We tried to keep our prices affordable and someone who has only ordered through Doordash and not come into our restaurant would assume those are our regular prices, which may drive some customers away. > > While the fees were high, Doordash is the most popular food delivery app in our area and did bring us a lot of business. It brought in new customers that otherwise wouldn't have tried us as well. Paid a tip based on more than double of the food i received. Tonight almost 30 dollars of my order canceled due to bring out of stock, yet for dash didn't call, was going to send me the rest of the order, 2 biscuits, for 10 dollars. If i hadn't paid extensive attention to my order status, not a common action, I'd be paying for nothing. The store seems to be attempting to contact dd to inform them as well.
