Puntos a favor:

Ele disponibiliza vários segmentos para controle da empresa. Você pode utilizar para controle financeiro, de estoque, fluxo de caixa, entre tantos outros e os relatórios são importantes recursos para uma boa análise de dados. Se você pretende ter uma empresa organizada, use o Totvs, não tem melhor. E ele é muito prático e auto didata.

Contras:

A integração foi um pouco trabalhosa, mas não foi difícil. Inclusive a assistência técnica dos Totvs é excelente.

Comentarios: I really like Totvs, I always recommend them to my clients. For being a serious company, already consolidated in the market and always attentive to innovations.

The infinity of resources, integrations and functionality of the modules is something really impressive, it is possible to use the system for the most diverse segments that it easily adapts to the company's needs. This becomes a big differentiator.

Contras:

I believe that due to so many functionalities and resources, the implantation becomes something difficult, especially the invoices. In all the companies that I implanted the users had many problems regarding the use, some configurations are hidden or difficult to be found within the system. For example, updating a digital certificate is very complicated. Many steps for a process that should be simple.

Comentarios: como falei, já utilizei diversas funções do software, tanto na parte educacional como financeira e contábil (foco em compras e estoque), achei bem completo e ele libera por meio dos Cubos diversos filtros para quando for necessário usar.

Puntos a favor:

O TOTVS ERP tem uma grande quantidade de funcionalidades. Já visualizei boa parte das funções, até hoje usei o financeiro, contábil (compras e estoque), educacional.

Contras:

Ele é bem completo, tem muitas funções, porém para empresas menores outro software pode ser mais acessível.

Comentarios: Help me to organize production, storage, sales and work with a lot of information, what makes all process faster and easier.

Puntos a favor:

The integration of the system is great. We can access all data we need with few clicks. The softwares helps us in the production control, storage and planning of sales, helping to decrease spendings and achieve better results.

Contras:

Maybe the description of each program inside TOTVS could be more specific to faciliate its use.

Software de finanças e contabilidade integradas

Comentarios: Se a empresa tiver muito dinheiro para pagar consultores frequentemente para resolver os problemas do sistema em cada modulo e para fazer as adequação necessárias para cada tipo de empresa o sistema é bom , porem muitíssimo caro e básico na versão original. Eu não recomendaria esse sistema pelo custo.

Puntos a favor:

Depois de instalado e feito as devidas configurações o programa roda muito bem promove a integração de setores financeiro , contábil e orçamentário, gerando informações precisas que auxiliam a auditoria financeira e contábil, a integração permite a redução de pessoal operacional. O sistema permite adequações a todo tipo de empresa e necessidades especificas, porem todas as adequações são pagas como consultoria e projeto a parte . O sistema se adéqua a todo tipo e tamanho de empresa .

Contras:

O software tem inúmeros recursos que geralmente são pagos a parte como consultoria é feito por modulo e você paga por cada modulo adquirido e por numero de usuários, sendo muito caro as adequações e a mensalidade , não é um programa acessível a pequenas e medias empresas . Impede a utilização de versões antigas , pois cancela o suporte e nas novas versões sempre tem muitas falhas demorando muitos meses para ajuste, sendo que quem baixa as novas versões no inicio sempre tem problemas em rodar o sistema e acaba tendo custo de contratações de consultores para resolver os problemas que impedem o funcionamento do sistema.

Comentarios: Sou profissional da área de sistemas desde a época que o software era no sistema operacional em DOS , depois ele evoluiu para o sistema operacional WINDOWS, eu já estou aposentado mas continuo trabalhando com o ERP TOTVS RM , muito bom mesmo

Comentarios: Even though it shows certin complexity, the software as a solution offers very good modules and tool for company administration

HR management , orders and invetory among many others offers one of the most complete solutions on market. Integrates well with other system and interfaces.

Contras:

Hard initial configuration and time consuming maintenance. Pricy software

Comentarios: The software is very good and receives several updates, it is available for different areas of the company and different market segments. I used it for about 8 years and it served me well in my jobs.

Puntos a favor:

The software has several features that facilitate the daily life of a company, such as controls and reports, what I like most is that it is possible to customize the reports according to the needs of each area

Contras:

If it is not well parameterized, it presents several errors, be it in accounting, registration, nature, with regard to the financial and accounting area

I got to know TOTVs and had moments of affliction and satisfaction
