I don't know whether I like any least feature in this product all the features are very useful for those who hosts a tournament , this software can make your life easy of you are a frequent tournament hoster.

More Flexibility

Comentarios: I couldn't really use it because all of our matches required access to a device to score in order for the software to calculate scores and also wifi which is hard to come about both those things. They were the main barriers and the fact I couldn't customise draws and match format.

It needs to be more user-friendly and have customisation features.

Comentarios: As I said earlier, Playmatches will make sure that we are moving away from the technological inconvenience by playing active sports effectively and with a passion, but the beauty is that this purpose is achieved through technology.

I often feel that the average/amateur crowd are the ones who often get left out with a below average products. The sheer thought of creating a product for them sounds promising and the platform is a tool to move the crowd away from technology using technology.

The software should have the ability for the coaches to track their trainees performances, which I am sure would be in the pipeline

That it's free, primarily. It gave us a simple way to register contestants in a tournament, then make up randomized brackets for multiple rounds.

Contras:

The interface is a little clunky. Not everything that is available on the full website version is available in the mobile page version or app. It took me a while to figure out how to do a few things because of this. I requested assistance both through the Live Chat service and via email, and never got a response. Fortunately I figured it out for myself eventually.
