Easy to learn and adapt

Comentarios: We use it for open class registration, online parents portal, event recording and registration, nand sales in the proshop. It's all good.

Puntos a favor:

Customer Service is always available and when we run into a problem it's easily resolved.

Contras:

There are so many bells and whistles. Honestly, we don't use it to it's full capacity but, even so it's far and away better than the others in the market.

Comentarios: Overall, I've enjoyed my interactions with the Jackrabbit Team; however, their advancements are not always what we need, or they are released too late and already antiquated.

Comentarios: It takes some time clicking around to figure out the program but overall it does everything you need it to do.

There are tons of reports, and tracking everything you do on each account is easy.

Contras:

There are 101 ways to do the same thing. I think the transaction tab can be tricky. I wish you could edit kids' enrollment dates, etc., without having to drop them and start over. I also would like notes from deleted waitlists to be saved instead of having to go in and make a separate note.

Comentarios: Overall experience is good, I wish there were more features around birthday parties, privates lessons, adding mass charges by adding rules- automatically add sibling discounts or multi class discounts.

Good class system - has areas for improvement

Contras:

Needed changes to the system are sometimes hard to come by. I don't always feel like the updates are for things that should have had a priority on being updated.

Jackrabbit is Awesome!

Comentarios: My overall experience has been great. I especially like how they have webinars on how to use different parts of Jackrabbit such as running tuition, using the event calendar, recitals, etc. They also take peoples feedback/ideas and are constantly updating and making the program better.

Puntos a favor:

Jackrabbit is very easy to use and navigate. I also like the support and help center. They also have web/YouTube modules on how to use it. Its great starting part when we have new employees come in.

Contras:

Sometimes it does glitch and goes down but the Jackrabbit Facebook page lets everyone know.

A very useful CRM tool with some limited reporting capabilities

Comentarios: Jackrabbit has been a very useful tool. I find a lot of it's functionality may not be intuitive; however, with some exploring of features and review of posted webinars it's not too difficult to learn.

Puntos a favor:

Jackrabbit is a fantastic platform for CRM. It's easy to locate accounts through partial search criteria.

Contras:

Report functionality is very limited. I often find myself exporting 2 (sometimes 3 or more) reports and using excel to cross reference and generate useful data. Some examples include reenrollment rates, drop rates, staff enrollments, class inventory by categories, specific attendance reporting for no show absences over a specific threshold with a custom date range.

Comentarios: My overall experience has been great. It is easy to use and navigate. They are always updating the system to make it even better. The only updates I do not like are the new dashboard and the new calendar. Other than that, I love it.

Easy to learn and use! Plus, customer service/help team is very quick and helpful. I’ve never run into an issue that I wasn’t able to have fixed within an hour.

Contras:

The new dashboard and the new class calendar. I really like the original and always find myself navigating back to it as things are easier to find and navigate.

Comentarios: Jackrabbit overall is user friendly and has a wide variety of features and software it integrates with. They upgrade the software with new features consistently.

I love that Jackrabbit integrates with most software and manages not just the classes and clients but staff as well.

Contras:

They don’t have enough options for the payment processors they will work with for the payment processing. As well they need to enhance their up sales offering. Example: when registering for a class, before completing the checkout process asking the client if they would like to purchase merchandise as well.

Essential to Gym Management

Comentarios: Almost all positive! We use it daily and would only consider switching if iclasspro had great alternatives to the above mentioned problems.

We love Jackrabbit Class! Our gym wouldn't function without it. My favorite features is how fast and friendly customer service is. I always have a positive experience with customer service.

Contras:

The private lesson scheduling system (or lack thereof) and that we can't have a check-out feature for summer camp. We would also like more zapier integrations.

Great Program but could be improved

I like all of the new improvements. I like that there is a forum for us to submit ideas.

Contras:

I do not like that the improvements seem to be slowly rolling out. I do not like that individual classes are much harder to manage than group classes.

Comentarios: I love the features and the immediate response and support that we get when there is a concern. I love the frequent updates, which shows how dedicated Jackrabbit is to their customer service.

Puntos a favor:

Jackrabbit allows us to keep all the information with in a push of a button. The ability to make spread sheets to manage budgets, billing and enrollments. Everything in one tool

Contras:

Hard to make or have trouble making group or grouping for email purposes, can only do it with a class or family.

Comentarios: Mostly positive. Any time I hear about an update I worry, because they roll them out too quickly and there have been many issues with updates not making our businesss easier- but rather harder.

Its pretty good with many features & myself and my staff are comfortable using it. The customer service is great.

Contras:

There have been many significant rollouts/updates over the last few years that come too fast/too many close together, and that have been released before glitches were found. There have been times when these "updates" have cost my buisness money. I also do not like that they ask for ideas or feedback, but do not incorporate them. The attendance feature has needed an update for years!

It has given us the freedom to do other things with the time saved from our old fashion billing.

Contras:

I would like to be able to do my custom billing with closings in mind, it's a hard work around to get what I need for every 4 weeks, with breaks in there.

An all-around system that includes messaging options, statistics, data, staff logging, and PoS capabilities. It is, generally speaking, a very competent one stop software for 90% or more of what you might need.

Contras:

Very option heavy UI takes a good while to learn, and isn't very intuitive. Calendar integration and options are very lack luster, to the point that we don't use the jackrabbit calendar at all. Integration with Gsuite or Apple Calendar would be a godsend for this software - preferably without using Zapier

The ease of registration, attendance tracking, and online payment. It is so easy to keep track of things that we need as a business.

Contras:

Some things are needed to be updated and made easier for the user to use and set up. And I was there was an option to add Square payments to Jackrabbit because that's how some of our payments are taken in person.

Gymnastics Unlimited Jackrabbit Review

Puntos a favor:

JR helps with almost all of our customer management from enrollment, absence and makeup management, customer communication and of course almost all of our tuition collection.

Contras:

Occasionally we look for a feature within the software that we wish existed to help sync how JR relates to both the running of our gym and how we operate with customers. When this isn't something that exists we need to adapt how we want to do things.
