Comentarios: En general, mi experiencia con Rippling ha sido muy positiva. La capacidad de gestionar todos los aspectos relacionados con los empleados en un solo lugar ha simplificado enormemente nuestras operaciones comerciales. La integración fluida de los sistemas de recursos humanos, tecnología de la información y finanzas ha ahorrado tiempo y ha reducido los errores. La funcionalidad de incorporación rápida es especialmente destacable, ya que nos ha permitido agilizar los procesos de contratación y comenzar a trabajar de manera más eficiente en poco tiempo.

Contras:
Tuve que esperar más de lo que me gustaría para obtener respuestas a mis consultas, lo que puede ser frustrante.

Comentarios: En general mi experiencia co este software es muy satisfactoria y muy positiva porque me ayuda a que mi trabajo sea más fácil y eso lo hace agradesco mucho y lo recomiendo.

Me encanta que puedo llevar un control de horas y pagos de mi equipo me a hecho más fácil ala hora de hacer el mi trabajo.
Contras:
Un poco el uso en algunas cosas me resulta difícil aún usarlo pero creo que puede mejorar.

Comentarios: Utilizo Rippling diariamente para la gestión de las nóminas de mi empresa, es una herramienta que aparte de gestionar y calcular las nóminas, calcula también todos los impuesto y deduciones, ahorrando así bastante tiempo a final de mes.

Lo que más me gusta de Rippling, es su fácil uso y su forma de automatizar el proceso de nóminas de una empresa. Al ser una herramienta digital, evita que en las nóminas existan errores humanos y haciendo mucho más llevadero este trabajo.
Contras:
Lo que menos me gusta es que no tiene versión gratuita, ya que no ofrece una prueba gratis; aunque su tarifa es muy baja y está al alcance de cualquier empresa

Comentarios: Rippling saved us tons of money by allowing us to smoothly hire people across multiple countries and take all the housekeeping tasks off our table.
Puntos a favor:
For a remote team it is a live saver when it comes to payroll and devices management.
Contras:
I will be nitpicking here but the UI on mobile can be better.

Get the job done but lacks in the style department

It has everything that is needed for an HR tool and it was quick to set up. But see my cons to get a better idea of what a user feels about the tool. But it does have PTO requests, Pay, Taxes, Onboarding, Benefits, everything you will need.
Contras:
It is just missing the look and feel of some of the other HR tools that I have used. It feels outdated and like it was designed years ago.

Comentarios: Rippling is easy to use for both the administrator and the employee. I love that Rippling is constantly looking for ways to improve their product. There are numerous integrations with other systems to make the administrative work more automated, thus keeping the admin labor costs to a minimum. We switched to Rippling after using Paylocity and we could not be happier that we made this change!

Best platform to manage multiple workforce tasks

To start off - Rippling is beautifully designed! It is super user intituitive, navigation between different tabs is very easy. Which makes self-service in the platform very conveneint. My company leverage other Rippling products as well such as Surveys,device management, virtual LDAP and BIG PLUS for other apps integrations that makes it so easy to manage day to day tasks under one platform. I love logging into Rippling almost everyday.
Contras:
Rippling's time and attendance feature lacks productivity reports that tell you how employees use their time.
The best HR and login management I've used
Puntos a favor:
It's extremely easy to use and the Chrome plugin is extremely useful.
Contras:
Having to re-log in fairly often and multiple factor-authenticate to access passwords gets annoying. (Althought obviously it's necessary)
Great support team, intuitive and easy to use.
Comentarios: Pretty much great overall. Support is very helpful and knowledgeable.

Comentarios: Its a good one. We receive a new cartoon every pay day to inform us of the day we get paid. I look forward to seeing the new character every two weeks.

The phone app needs to be approved by the company admin to use.

Overall, after using Rippling for 5 months, I'm very satisfied with the experience.
After the first setup and first guided payrolls, everything is straightforward.
The price is great for the amount of services, such as benefits integration, international contractors management, employees payroll etc.
Puntos a favor:
Our team is fully remote and has both employees on a payroll, and international contractors. With Rippling, we're able to every contract and payment in one single platform. Setup is quite quick, more or less 1 hour, and the customer care rep who guided us made it very simple and clear. They have a great customer care team, always available to help with doubts (which you'll have, especially if you don't use it daily. There's a lot of features) Cost is very competitive, it was cheaper than other international hiring platforms. Do negotiate.
Contras:
The setup is not the easiest, I'd have struggled to do it alone. But the guided onboarding is great and the reps very helpful and available. International payment has a quite high fee for each payment $-$, which is 20$ for each payment.

Biggest Issue is Pricing
Comentarios: The product works well and has several added value services we like all intergrated. Customer service is decent, mixed feelings on thier new AI chat bot, sometime you just need a human. Once again the bigest issue is pricing. Their list price is now $10 and comparables are $8; $2.00 per can add up fast.

The tech stack and features are awesome compaired to others.
Contras:
Price increases ever year and list price has increase 25% in two years. The only reason we would leave is pricing, which this year came very close.

Comentarios: From the sales process to leaving Rippling every step of the way was filled with poor service. In addition to the above, an employee's benefits were cut off without prior approval, wage reports filed incorrectly and offshore customer service was contradictory, unaccountable and untrained. When I finally received service on the second level, I was subjected to more sales pitches, my favorite was the PEO person telling me that employees really couldn't reach the HR folks any way but email because, you know, this is a software company. Yep. One that shouldn't be in the payroll and HR business. I have never had such a bad experience running payroll with any company, and this is something I have been doing for my company and client companies for over 25 years.

I liked leaving Rippling the most. I've used Paycom, ADP, QuickBooks payroll, none of whom are known to be easy and I would recommend all of them over this software. I did appreciate the email reminders for payroll, but that was it.
Contras:
Onboarding. I was treated like a fool who didn't know what a payroll period ending date vs a check date was. The constant pop ups on login. The confusing user interface and poor reports. The horrible customer service.

Rippling needs to improve the payroll component as sometimes it takes a lot of time to configure the changes.
