Comentarios: Excelente plataforma, fácil de usar y configurar, ayuda a llevar un control de invitaciones y asistencia, ademas de que durante los eventos tiene funciones que permiten interactuar muy bien con la audiencia.

Hemos usado esta app para dictar y asistir a conferencias tanto a nivel de pregrado como postgrado. Nos ha sido de bastante utilidad, se desempeña bien en conexiones lentas. Además permite una interacción directa entre los asistentes y los conferencistas que brinda una sensación de estar en una sala de conferencias real. Lo recomiendo para eventos científicos tipo webinars.
Contras:
La versión gratuita dura solo 40 minutos y tiene límite de participantes

Go To Connect ha cambiado las reglas del juego cuando se trata de organizar seminarios web. Su interfaz es extremadamente fácil de usar y fácil de navegar. Me encanta lo fácil que es configurar un seminario web y administrar a los asistentes y sus preguntas. También noté que la calidad del audio es mucho mejor que en otras plataformas, lo que la convierte en una excelente opción para cualquiera que quiera organizar seminarios web de alta calidad.

Cuando he estado en capacitaciones impartidas dentro de está plataforma las he disfrutado mucho porque es super amigable con el usuario
Contras:
A veces siento que es lenta, se traba y demás, pero creo que eso tiene que ver más con mi sistema operativo y no con la plataforma

Su función es la realización de video conferencias y lo cumple bien así como la organización de eventos programafos y para determinar los participantes de duchss reuniones.
Contras:
No brinda algo nuevo a las solo que ya esran en el mercado pero cumple su objetivo.
Muy bueno para seminarios
Comentarios: Los seminarios que se transmiten llegan a más personas y así es posible dar o ver un seminario internacional con otros miles de personas al mismo tiempo

Fácil la interfaz, muy intuitivo y sencillo de manejar, sin botones o características muy ocultas
Contras:
El único inconveniente que si atrasó a los asistentes un poco es que cuando se ve desde un móvil si es necesario descargar la app, pero fuera de eso, la conexión excelente.

Comentarios: He podido desarrollar mis reuniones sin dificultad alguna y tener el control y mando de la misma sin mayores contratiempos.

Es una plataforma idónea para desarrollar eventos en linea de manera segura con mis clientes y/o proveedores.
Contras:
No tengo quejas acerca de GoTo Webinar. Recomiendo a todo el que pueda, haga uso de ella.

Comentarios: Me facilita mucho poder asistir a seminarios, cursos y reuniones para mi conocimiento y aprendizaje.

El producto es fácil de usar en comparación con otras aplicaciones, al entrar se puede tener la opción de elegir el método de audio y cámara que se desea usar y activar.
Contras:
Podrían mejorar la opción de elegir el modo de ver los participantes en pantalla.

Horrible Company, Stay Far Away
Comentarios: It was fine for years until they tried to bill us for something we never agreed to and we had to work with support which is one of the worst I have ever encountered.
Puntos a favor:
Several years ago this was one of the first and best solutions for holding webinars. It still does the job OK and the participant list is well organized. It also allows some branding customization.
Contras:
Many more technical issues come up with participants compared to Zoom. Getting connected and audio setup seem to depend a lot of the client system. Also at this point the UI is comparatively much less intuitive and has fewer features than the competition. The WORST part is that we found out the company is highly unethical. We were customers for years and when the pandemic hit they sent out an email to all their customers that to help out they would add an additional hosting seat free for a year. We accepted only to find out later they decided to lock everyone who accepted into a year long contract that was never free as promised for the second seat and essentially bill everyone some $800. So their pretense of helping was just a cash grab to take advantage of people during a crisis. It took months of calls and emails being bounced around through their non existent support to solve this. Stay far away!

It has very advanced security features which give our conversations the desired privacy and safety. The software was easy to learn and the user interface is intuitive. Features were easily accessible and icons were self explanatory to any person who grew up in the age of smart phones and the internet. I was able to launch the webinar without any prior training and hosted my very first webinar ever without a hitch. GoTo Webinar has the ability to keep track of attendees' engagement, record presentations, poll the audience, generate analytics, switch between presenters and speakers/ panelists seamlessly. The platform is also nice because attendees can join the webinar without downloading software, they just simply click on a link that can be emailed through an automated system or a traditional URL. We had attendees on mobile devices, tablets (ipads), etc. so it's a pretty versatile platform.
Contras:
Some features can only be unlocked by increasing the membership tier. The basic subscription is already pretty pricey and does not have access to many of the "premium" features such as embedded videos and maximum number of attendees and available registration slots.

Comentarios: We use GoToWebinar to host educational sessions with our clients or leads. If you're an experienced user, the platform does everything you need it to do. It also integrates nicely with our email management platform and takes the burden off of manually managing registrations and confirmations.
Puntos a favor:
All organizer controls are readily accessible when you host your event. Everything is located on the right hand column so you can toggle between boxes for whatever function is required. The newly designed dashboard makes it easier to see at a glance upcoming events. Creating an event is simple and integration with our email management system was seamless. The automatic confirmation emails that are sent to registrants are also one less thing we have to worry about during our webinar registration process.
Contras:
When you first host your event, the controls can be intimidating. The boxes are piled on one another and it's not straightforward as to what each control does unless you've had prior experience running an event or reviewed their resources to understand how to operate everything. While the labels of the function provide some context, it would be helpful if a "?" hover option was available so users know what each feature does while you're in an event. Chatting during an event is also a concern. You'll have to be very careful to select who you want your message to go to.
Perfect Solution for Collaboration on and off network
Comentarios: Overall this tool allows us to reach a greater audience with ease and we have had a lot of success with people logging in from home or at the office to tune in. I like the ease of use and the results we have had!

I think that the ability to use GoToWebinar both on and off network is great because we host weekly training sessions across the nation for people at home or at various companies. We haven't had any connection issues and the interface is intuitive and user friendly. Pulling reports on attendees or viewing how many people are registered are a breeze with the option to pull .csv or .xls. You can easily share screen, see the attendee view, add in polls, chat function for questions, etc. I like that all webinars are recorded and you can share them out afterwards. The ability to schedule/change/cancel reoccurring webinars is nice too! Easy to figure out without a user guide which is a plus!
Contras:
When you pull reports for for attendees you aren't able to pull by parameters, it is just a set report. For example, we have a recorded webinar that we send out to people and weekly I need to view for new applicants - I would like to pull the report based on specific dates but I can only pull the report as is (a giant list of everyone that has ever viewed the webinar). For my purposes its only a minor inconvenience but more capability in this area could provide more insights.

GoToWebinar is Reliable, Stable and Cost Effective
Comentarios: We use GoToWebinar at least once a week and sometimes more. As a non-profit, we watch our dollars and GoToWebinar, although not the cheapest, is reasonably priced and includes an unlimited video library and a license for GoToMeeting. We have been using it since 2018 and it definitely provides the capability we need to present online meetings and events to our membership and beyond.
Puntos a favor:
We chose GoToWebinar because it is a stable and secure platform. Webinars and events are easy to set up and it included GoToMeeting at no additional cost.
Contras:
Since the pandemic, Zoom has become the standard and most presenters are familiar with Zoom and less familiar with GoToWebinar, so practices are usually required to familiarize the presenters. Attendees are also used to having reaction emojis, which are not included in GoToWebinar and a third party software is needed to add a different background.
Now organizing online is much easier with GoToWebinar

GoToWebinar makes your webinar registration process much easier. It has very clean user interface. New user also can navigate GoToWebinar easily. It record our webinar automatically. we can execute polls smoothly. Attendee reporting is also good. GoToWebinar provide real-time data of attendees. Easy to share screen. compatible with all devices.
Contras:
Email automaton feature is missing. We cannot use digital background. Need strong internet connection for using this tool.
Good product for online conferences
Comentarios: I like GoToWebinar for its easiness of deployment and the possibility to connect larger groups of people than other softwares for distant learning. I'd recommend it to anyone needing a reliant application for screen sharing and videoconferencing.

The software is easy to use and you can immediately use it after launching. It allows a large number of participants to follow the same event and contact the moderator through the chat without interrupting the conference itself. Great customer support.
Contras:
Sometimes screensharing is not livestreaming but this can be due to the poor internet connection of the attendees. Also mic features could be improved.
