Comentarios: Birdeye has its ups and downs like any platform, but I do enjoy using it. Especially the contacts I have at Birdeye. They are always super helpful and responsive!

Puntos a favor:

Everything is in one place and there is a suite of products that can make everything all-encompassing.

Contras:

Sometimes it can be glitchy or take a while to load. Now and then, there's an update and that update may erase listing data. Sometimes there's an issue with the Google Business Profile connection where it doesn't send data or information to GBP.

Do NOt waste your money

Comentarios: I have a small real estate company and I am perfectly capable of getting reviews on my own BUT I chose Birdeye because the promised to fix some issues I have problems with.
I have a lot of buyers and seller that live out of the country and they were no able to leave reviews on google for me. Birdeye said "NO PROBLEM", we can help you with this. Well, they did NOT help and did NOT solve the problem!!!
I also told them I wanted to connect to my personal FB page NOT my business pages. Of course they lied to me and they couldn't connect to my personal page!
I also have two (don't ask me how that happend...) google business pages and I wanted to connect to the one that has all the reviews. Again, they said no problem......This is over8 month ago and still no solution for either one of my issues. I complained and complained and the only thing that happend is that they assigned a new person to me every thime I called. Wanted to cancel because they did nothing but lie to me BUT ofcourse they were not willing to let me out of the contract. $3000 total waste of money, time and energy!!!

Comentarios: All Spin - Brokers steer clearWe are a mortgage brokerage in Australia who were sold on this by slick sales staff who constantly bad mouthed their competitors. The product is not fit for purpose, after sales support is deplorable, people don't respond, completely disregard or ignore question or concers and even address you by the wrong name. We are seeking a refund as this product is not fit for purpose and has not delivered as promised, and have been completely ignored. We will be making official complaints with Australian authorities should things not improve within the week.

Awful after sales service and rude operators who don't know what they are doing

I like Birdeye. It has many options to help direct and manage multiple social media sites; and it’s user-friendly. It also offers options for auto-reply and auto-populate. This feature helps streamline the process when replying to client reviews, comments, and inquiries.

Contras:

Nothing at the present time that is least helpful when utilizing Birdeye.

Their contract is outrageously misleading

Comentarios: see above. Overall, they are super responsive- until you try to cancel your contract.

Birdeye worked well enough for review management. I think that everything they do can be done in zapier or high level for about 1/10th the cost.

Contras:

The contract states that it is 12 months. Ok fine. HOWEVER- it auto renews and they won't let you cancel until the next 12 months. It's worse than a big box gym membership. And guess what?? It's a total scam because once everything is set up in birdeye (which I did btw- not them), it's set and forget. Meaning- they are doing nothing to contribute to the value of their initial offering. Which is fine- but don't keep me hostage to some insane contract.

Comentarios: Love how you can set it and forget it and it will do its job month after month, year after year, reliably.

The ease of integration and automation to dental practice management systems for us and our clients is superb. Super simple to install. Customer service has also been superb, they are dedicated to solving problems.

The actual interface can sometimes be a bit difficult to navigate.

Comentarios: I think its been a good platform to save time and I feel confident that I can train almost anyone how to use it.

I like that Birdeye can be easily monitored and understood by most who use the platform. It is good to have all customers in one place when seeing what reviews came through, and I like have automated responses for the reviews that come through.

Contras:

I think it would be nice if some of the review sites that Birdeye monitors were more seamless in how we could respond ( TripAdvisor), and sometimes, this software can be a bit buggy with connection to Meta (could be Meta's fault).

Great Product. Highly Recommend

Comentarios: Birdeye has come a very long way since we first started working with them in 2016. They have always had exceptional customer service and a super fast turn-around time on support tickets.

Being able to automate review responses saves my team HOURS of work each week. It's been a huge game changer.

Contras:

Birdeye does a lot of things right and has continued to release many different features over the years we've been working together. I can't think of anything I dislike about Birdeye. Any issues I've had have been handled right away. They have been more than accommodating.

Solid Review Management Platform

Comentarios: My overall experience has been mostly positive. I like the the flexibility the platform offers, but I think their pricing and their response times on certain things could be improved.

Birdeye allows you the flexibility to send out messages at different times and also allows you to customize the SMS message and email and include branding/logos of the business it is coming from.

Contras:

I think the cost of the Review Solicitation & Management product is too high compared to other competitors in the space.

Super helpful to have this tool keeping us in the loop with reviews coming in for our clients! Definitely a big time saver for us. It is also nice to get reports directly to the person who needs that information.

The platform is not a user-friendly as many of the other tools I have used. It took a while to learn to navigate to everything that I was looking for.

Comentarios: They have not generated any leads for us & they don't provide the promised service. They don't deliver any service and don't care to respond except to charge us monthly. Seems to be no more than elaborate scam of small business and would recommend it be avoided. Had to cancel our credit card to stop them from charging us.

Impossible to cancel. Avoid at all costs.

Bad company which is made worse by bad customer support

Comentarios: Their people are not trust worthy and their support is very bad. They blame internal mismanagement for their problems and I'm sure that's correct. Just making people aware to avoid making the same mistakes as me and others.

Nothing, poor choice on my part. This company portrayed itself to be something it isn't, an honest company. Not a reputable outfit. Plenty other better options out there for which people can choose.

Their services and support for those services are unbelievably poor

I love the live chats as they are in real time. It is a great way to get quick answers to clients. Also being able to attach a photo to the chat is great.

Contras:

The live chat doesn't always reload/ upload new chats. If on it for too long you need to log out, log back in and then they will be displayed.
