This was a very easy transition to setting this up and being up and running. Crew members find it easy to navigate and use.

A Wonderful Product for Any Company

MobiWork has customizable forms that you can track almost anything. It is one of the easiest for those on the field to navigate. Tracks almost all aspects of dispatching and maintenance business.

Contras:

There are no real cons. There is a learning curve, but once you get set up it is a breeze.

It took some time to determine what our specific needs were, but we greatly appreciated the guidance of the development team to get what we wanted and even features that we didn't even know that we needed!

Full functionality and transparency

We run our DMS alongside of Mobiworks so we have had to develop some workarounds for certain features.

Been waiting for this tool in my industry for years

Comentarios: Just a godsend for the Commercial Pool Business and I'm sure Residential as well.

I have not really found any as of this review. Still finding so many new and cool things that it can do.

Great tool for the field to be able to manage my job at a high level!

Being able to fill out my forms after a job and having them go to the office and our project managers have cut down on a lot of time. In addition, we have utilized google sheets with built in Links in MobiWork to help manage large jobs!

Contras:

I would like the ability to be able to pull information when I'm filling a form (outside of a work order) with information from my work orders for the day.

customer service and tech support. As technology and the internet duplicates each other's soft ware...as the end of the day all businesses are people business. The Mobiwork Team never disappoints

Contras:

somtimes, once a year or so, the copmany will verify users...it always seems when I need to look something up quickly

I have all the information of my job at my finger tips!

Puntos a favor:

Having access to all work order and customer documents is very helpful. Filling out my job forms at the end of the day with pictures really helps the office in understanding what I did, and what is left to complete the job.

Contras:

At this time I feel I have what I need to do my job well.

MobiWork Software

Puntos a favor:

Simple to use. Great customer service. Easy to get reports in useful formats.

Contras:

Cannot think of anything I do not like. The software and customer service are amazing.

It has been easy to use and the functionality is good for our purposes! Service also has been very good and quick to respond!

It took some time initially to set it up and customize it for our businesses use, but once this was complete it has worked well!

MobiWorks with Pool Management

Puntos a favor:

Love the lifeguard hourly duties feature. Easy to access on user end and easy to see all entries on Admin side. Dashboard on computer is customizable so I can set all of the hourly checks to show up on my dashboard making reviewing all of my facilities very easy.

Contras:

MobiWork mobile app is not ideal for the maintenance/repair side. I still have not been able to access and create work orders, or check on my facilities' hourly lifeguard submissions from the mobile app. I can access these features on the website but would be nice to be able to access everything on the website within the mobile app

So many times in the past, I wasn't able to find a document I needed to complete my job. I had to call the office and ask them search for the needed documents and email them to me. Now I can access all project documents with in seconds and keep me moving!

Contras:

Personally for how I use the App, I haven't found anything that would be considered a Con yet.

MobiWorks is awesome!

Puntos a favor:

Mobiworks is extremely helpful if you have multiple data points to view at once. For example, I use MobiWorks to keep track of 38 different facilities. I can pull it up on my laptop and see if my staff have completed their daily duties, if they are out of supplies, and if there is a problem at the facility. As you can imagine, this is much more useful than visiting each facility just to discover they are out of a supply/we have a problem.

Contras:

I wish I could see the full view on the app that I can see on the computer so I don't have to pull out my laptop if I am out in the field

I love that the app is so easy to use

Comentarios: I really enjoy using the app. Luckily for me, I didn’t have to shop around. But later on I found from colleagues of mine that other apps are not user friendly are cost effective as Mobiwork.

Puntos a favor:

Easy to learn and use. Most of my field sales crew found it user friendly.

Contras:

I’d like to see more marketing features incorporated. I talked to their development team and they were very open to expanding the app’s features at no extra cost. Their roadmap looks pretty promising as well.

Reports are customizable, Recurring Visits are always correct

Contras:

It was a little hard getting the exact report I needed, but [SENSITIVE CONTENT] and the rest of the support team jumped in to get exactly what I needed.

I love that I am able to view multiple facility locations at once. As well, I am able to track the progression of work orders easily.

Contras:

Mobile usage for certain options is difficult at times.
