A Wonderful Product for Any Company

MobiWork has customizable forms that you can track almost anything. It is one of the easiest for those on the field to navigate. Tracks almost all aspects of dispatching and maintenance business.

Contras:

There are no real cons. There is a learning curve, but once you get set up it is a breeze.

MobiWork - Highly Professional and Extremely Knowledgeable

Comentarios: Each individual we were in contact with at MobiWork were extremely kind, professional and knowledgeable. I cannot say enough about the quality of work they produce.

Great tool for the field to be able to manage my job at a high level!

Being able to fill out my forms after a job and having them go to the office and our project managers have cut down on a lot of time. In addition, we have utilized google sheets with built in Links in MobiWork to help manage large jobs!

Contras:

I would like the ability to be able to pull information when I'm filling a form (outside of a work order) with information from my work orders for the day.

Having access to all work order and customer documents is very helpful. Filling out my job forms at the end of the day with pictures really helps the office in understanding what I did, and what is left to complete the job.

MobiWorks with Pool Management

Love the lifeguard hourly duties feature. Easy to access on user end and easy to see all entries on Admin side. Dashboard on computer is customizable so I can set all of the hourly checks to show up on my dashboard making reviewing all of my facilities very easy.

Contras:

MobiWork mobile app is not ideal for the maintenance/repair side. I still have not been able to access and create work orders, or check on my facilities' hourly lifeguard submissions from the mobile app. I can access these features on the website but would be nice to be able to access everything on the website within the mobile app

Best app I've used for any kind of work related software.

So many times in the past, I wasn't able to find a document I needed to complete my job. I had to call the office and ask them search for the needed documents and email them to me. Now I can access all project documents with in seconds and keep me moving!

Contras:

Personally for how I use the App, I haven't found anything that would be considered a Con yet.

Mobiworks is extremely helpful if you have multiple data points to view at once. For example, I use MobiWorks to keep track of 38 different facilities. I can pull it up on my laptop and see if my staff have completed their daily duties, if they are out of supplies, and if there is a problem at the facility. As you can imagine, this is much more useful than visiting each facility just to discover they are out of a supply/we have a problem.

Contras:

I wish I could see the full view on the app that I can see on the computer so I don't have to pull out my laptop if I am out in the field

I love that the app is so easy to use

Comentarios: I really enjoy using the app. Luckily for me, I didn’t have to shop around. But later on I found from colleagues of mine that other apps are not user friendly are cost effective as Mobiwork.

Easy to learn and use. Most of my field sales crew found it user friendly.

Contras:

I’d like to see more marketing features incorporated. I talked to their development team and they were very open to expanding the app’s features at no extra cost. Their roadmap looks pretty promising as well.
