Comentarios: Excelente software siempre lo sugiero a amigos y conocidos.

Puntos a favor:

El proceso de nómina se ha vuelto mucho más eficiente y en general, es una nómina mucho más fluida. También me encanta que tengamos un representante disponible cuando sea necesario. Si nuestro especialista no está disponible cuando llamo, se aseguran de transferirme a alguien que pueda ayudar.

Contras:

No hay nada en este momento que no me guste de Paycom porque todo me ha sido explicado muy bien. Me gustaría que todas las fechas importantes, como cumpleaños, fechas de contratación y números de seguro social estuvieran juntas. En este momento, debajo de fechas y recursos humanos, el número de seguro social no está en esa sección. Al completar la documentación adicional, creo que tendría más sentido tenerlos juntos. I like the quick responses from the Account Manager and Dedicated Specialist most.

Contras:

A lot of custom reports for data need to be purchased separately from what is included in the costs.

Everything you need in one app

Puntos a favor:

I really appreciate having an app that has all of my scheduling, payroll, and tax information in one place. Everything is laid out well and seems intuitive.

Contras:

It's a little too easy to accidentally choose the wrong punch type.

Easy to use system for small businesses

Puntos a favor:

Paycom was very user friendly because it was not a very robust system.

Contras:

Paycom has very limited reporting capabilities. The system was too antiquated for the size of my company which was growing.

Comentarios: My overall experience with Paycom since the beginning has been positive and seamless.

Puntos a favor:

You can have everything in 1 place for every employee from time-off, scheduling, timeclock, applicant tracking, background checks, onboarding, benefits enrollment, documents, notifications to employees, easy reporting and many more features. It is easy to use and navigate.

Contras:

I have no dislikes about Paycom. I am 100% a Paycom fan.

Paycom Review

Comentarios: The overall experience has been a rollercoaster of rolling out new products and changing our department processes to stay on top of new trends and features. However, now everything is working smoother, and I am very happy with Paycom.

Puntos a favor:

I enjoy my Paycom representative [sensitive content hidden] she had been beneficial in education on the system and showing us how Paycom can work for our organization. I enjoy the new features that Paycom has been releasing that allow streamlining processes and giving the HRIS more of a competitive edge compared to other systems.

Contras:

We did not have proper communication prior to [sensitive content hidden] on how the system works and were given simple "fixes" that in fact did not fix our problems or issues but created further stress in managing the system.

Not just a payroll system

Comentarios: Overall, paycom offers everything we need to make payroll easy for our employees. From onboarding to payroll and everything in between paycom checks the boxes.

Puntos a favor:

Paycom is really easy to use for both me as a manager and for my employees. I like that there is an in depth desk top version and a quick on the go app version.

Contras:

I wish the cost for additional integrations was more budget friendly.

Comentarios: Overall, I have had a pleasant and good experience

Puntos a favor:

The ease of the reporting and the use of Paycom for Payroll.

Contras:

I wish we got the State tax reports and I wish we could configure the PTO better. Also, I wish it was a better way to pay OT to salary employees when the law went into effect in July.

PayCom Experience

Comentarios: Overall, we have been with PayCom almost 6 years. The majority of our contact people have been very good. They tend to promote their people quickly so transitioning to a new rep can be a challenge.

Puntos a favor:

They did an excellent job onboarding us. The initial training and involvement for our first year was great. They really made us feel welcome.

Contras:

It has taken awhile to address our attendance point challenges.

Much Improved

Comentarios: Our experience has greatly improved over the course of the last year to 18 months and that has kept us as a Paycom client.

Puntos a favor:

The dedicated support team and account representative have been extremely helpful and try to assist us with any issues and advise us on what is best for our company and employees.

Contras:

The lack of flexibility for our company's special circumstances and one-off needs.

Paycom is a fast and easy platform for managing timecards and HR tasks.

Comentarios: Paycom is a fast and easy way to manage timecards. Its a one stop shop for everything "HR" related. There's availability for report writing and task upkeep that rivals any other software.

Puntos a favor:

I have enjoyed phone access to my employment information.

Contras:

At times there are difficulties in navigating where to locate employment information.

The things we like the most about Paycom are the platform is easy to use, HR abilities for reviews and furthering education, and having a specific rep to go to when needed.

At this time there are no cons or dislikes about Paycom.

Paycom protects your payroll for sure!

Comentarios: All companies should use Paycom. It's reliable and easy to use. It immediately alerts you if you have any discrepancy. I genuinely like Paycom.

Puntos a favor:

Being in control of my finances. Allowing me to have documentation if ever needed. Helpful tutorials. And alerts through your preferred notifications. Email, text, phone

Contras:

Honestly I never experienced any issues. This app is hassle free.

User-Friendly Payroll Software for Employees

Comentarios: As an employee, overall this is a simple user-friendly program for managing compensation and I've been happy with it in the 6 months we've had it in use.

Puntos a favor:

Very easy to use as an employee. Easy to access current pay stubs, total pay, withholdings and contributions for the year. The "Approve my Check" function is very nice to make sure there are no errors before paychecks are processed.

Contras:

I have not had any significant issues with the software.

Customer Service is Great with Paycom!

Comentarios: 13 years with Paycom. Had some billing problems but product has always been stable.

Puntos a favor:

My dedicated specialist, [sensitive content hidden] is awesome! It is so nice to always reach the same team when I have an issue.

Contras:

Report writer, flow of processes. Billing detail not accessible.

Love Paycom

Comentarios: I love the overall experience 10 out of 10 everything works well, and most of all my employees absolutely love it.

Puntos a favor:

I love how easy it is to process payroll, enter and approve timesheets, benefits administration, performance reviews, I just love it all.

Contras:

There is not much that I did not like, everything is super helpful and needed to have a successful HRIS in place.

Adding new locations

Comentarios: Very satisfied with how things went and professional.

Puntos a favor:

The team work to get our two new location in the system and up and running so smoothly.

Contras:

Nothing major, we always run into bumps along the way

Happy Paycom User

Comentarios: Overall a great experience and am really happy we made the transition to Paycom last year.

Puntos a favor:

The support we've received from the Paycom team has been incredible - from implementation through benefit enrollment and now day to day support, the team has always been reactive, pleasant and truly helpful.

Contras:

Reporting. I would love to see more dynamic, easier to navigate reporting functions. I find the analytics dashboard is not as intuitive as I thought it would be and it's harder to pull data that I fill confident in (turnover is an example). Would love the ability to see executive dashboard reporting that is easy to use and manage.

Paycom Experience

Comentarios: My overall experience with Paycom has been great. I currently use Paycom at my current job and can access all my personnel information, which I really love. This is in addition to several other features I enjoy, such as the ability to view pay stubs, request time off, obtain tax documents, and much more.

Puntos a favor:

The system is user-friendly, and employees can quickly access personnel information without needing to contact the HR staff.

Contras:

While Paycom is user-friendly, it may be a little difficult for individuals who are not tech-savvy to navigate, would be nice to have a search box to quickly access information.

Paycom - Pros and Cons

Comentarios: i would rate paycome with an 9. it's a near perfect tool with the exception of how long the approval hierarchy works, If i was the developer i would put in status bar on top of the list approvers so that i know what's the hold up, who is hodling up my ticket for approval

Puntos a favor:

Everything is available in paycom from scheduling to adjustments to personnel action form to continuous learning

Contras:

the approval stages are very cumbersome, it shows me the name of the approvers but does not show you any real "progress" as to why the ticket is stuck to a specific approver.

Puntos a favor:

It allows the human resources area to have control of the entire database of all employees on the same platform, allowing for better performance and better information capacity to generate payroll and better management of active personnel. Its configuration execution was long but its entire configuration was perfect, which did not allow errors to be generated regarding payroll or personnel due to having tools that manage the processes of each employee very well.

Contras:

Every update it has had takes a long time to reconfigure but I don't understand why it is because of the tools and information that is handled, the entire execution process has always been perfect without failures

PayCom Software

Comentarios: Very good time keeping and self-service employee software online and via App. All features are right at your fingertips. Direct communication with HR or Payroll departments if needed.

Puntos a favor:

All of its empolyee self-serve features online and via the app.

Contras:

Sometimes the time off request, remaining balance and other features can be confusing.
