It is very easy to navigate, and once you have a basic grasp of how one section works, you can easily move through every module adding and accessing data with ease. Access training and documents on site via the Flex Manager App. Create audits on the go. We are now rolling out EHS stock tracking. This is such a broad system it is hard to think of all the aspects we use. I could go on listing the modules we use for an hour and still miss things... The ability to load training documents and courses on to the system and have employees and contractors complete them on line allows us to track an individuals training records very quickly. The management of contractor assets (Lorries \& Drivers) is also part of the system which we audit monthly allowing for live management of these audits and live tracking of contractor non performances. Allows you to configure an array of modules the way that works best for you. Customer support is very good. CGA Technology listen to their customers and implement changes and additional features requested by customers. Costant release of new \& improved features means great value for money. > > **Puntos en contra**: This is a very minor criticism, but due to the fact that new features are being released all the time, the very odd minor bug might pop up, and again to be fair, they are very quick to fix the odd bug > > It has been a very positive experience dealing with CGA Technology on their Flex Software. We use or plan to use 90% of their features, and to be fair, they have adapted those modules to the way we requested. We are using the software for more than we originally intended, I think that's the best complement I can give CGA Technology.
