The tool is very easy to use and customize to your needs.
There's not a lot that I don't like about the software. LIke I mentioned before, the update was very confusing at first but our account manager walked us through.

Decent product
Comentarios: Good. Reps are great. I wish there was more guidance for how to make the CCAT more equitable.

Glitches in platform. (redirect login page, completed assessment emails delayed, choice for customized roles when selecting testing packages as they are too general and not useful)

Criteria - Great product
Comentarios: We have only been using Criteria for a couple of months but I have been very happy with the results so far.

Criteria testing significantly enhanced our hiring process
Comentarios: The platform is user-friendly, providing detailed results. The score range helps indicate where a candidate should fall for a specific role. Additionally, I have received positive feedback from candidates about the user-friendliness of the battery tests.

Criteria testing significantly improved our hiring process by providing insights that cannot be garnered through interviews alone. I contacted Criteria directly when I had questions about a specific result, and they were extremely knowledgeable and quick to assist.
Contras:
The only thing that comes to mind is the Talent Signal. I believe that could be better defined.

there could be some more measuring sticks or explanation to what each truly means. I also think that there used to be suggested interview questions based on the results, but I haven't seen those lately.

Effective and helpful
Comentarios: We have used it for years and sometimes we stray away from the results. Those times we have strayed away have ended up poorly for us. Trust the data.

Dermatology Partners Review
Comentarios: We have had an overall great experience with Criteria. We feel that it does give a good insight to a candidates skills, etc.
Puntos a favor:
To be able to create questions around the skills, etc. that you are looking for to fill the position. The emotify piece is great too.
Contras:
The majority of our applicants (over 70%) are applying to our positions on their phone or tablet. We have found that many candidates do not own a desk top or lap top and they either will not follow through with the assessment or it takes a longer time to access one to complete the assessment. I would love to see the capability of applicants doing the assessment on their Smart phones.

Great Idea, Too Expensive for Results
Comentarios: Very positive experience with the implementation team and the customer support is pretty good. However, aside from the IO psychologist partnership, it's a lot of the same testing other services offer for a higher price.

If you get time with an IO psychologist, it's super helpful to review your data and see how well the tests are actually impacting your hiring quality, ramp time, etc. However, I think this is key differentiator for Criteria, so this should be included in every package.
Contras:
Everything is guess work for at least 6 months to get initial data, and you can't get quality of hire insights for about a year. It takes a full contract just to be able to get the data to see if it's helping your organization, so you have to renew to finish - then if you didn't see impact, it's too late!

Recruitment Superhero - Criteria
Comentarios: Criteria plays a vital role in our recruitment process and definitely rely on the assessment results. 90% of our job depends on criteria results. So basically Criteria helps us finding the right candidate that fits our organization and the position.

Comentarios: User friendly, I wish it gave me an average of what my applicants scored compared to where I want to be, but I'm just being picky at this point. Good program.

Assessment Prep
Comentarios: Has been good. We use Rubicon and they determine our assessments that we use.
Puntos a favor:
Easy to use platform, user-friendly, clear who point of contacts are. It is also pretty easy how to create an assessment and the reports generated from the EPP is very clear and usefuly for hiring managers with interview questions
Contras:
Reporting could be better. Integration with ADP on hiring statuses. I think there could be better practice assessments we could use so candidates can prepare better rather than 1 or 2 sample questions.

Criteria - A great Partner with our HR Department
Comentarios: Overall, I have had a great experience with Criteria. Customer Support is prompt and informative. Would recomm4end to anyone looking for testing and support for their HR department.

That in order to have someone take a test in Spanish, we need to upgrade our package. It isn't worth the increase for us at this time.

Criteria Review
Comentarios: I've had a great experience so far with Criteria. The platform is easy to use and understand. We have had very good results in our hiring since using Criteria.

Criteria is easy. It's easy to set-up and administer. It is also easy to understand the breakdown of the results analysis.
Contras:
The only thing I don't like about Criteria is not being able to review the assessments before creating one for a job. The only way to know what questions are in an assessment is to take the assessment yourself and I don't want to take every assessment I create for each job.

Essential in the hiring process
Comentarios: The business is exceptional to use as it provides clear communication with the ability to have regular meetings with representatives, to discuss challenges that we may be facing with the software.

Customer service is excellent with strong communication throughout the entire process.

Difficulty when creating assessments as it was more complex than expected, however after spending some time completing the process it became much more straightforward.
