Un muy buen acierto .

Me gusta mucho ya que es económica aparte su paleta de funciones es muy basta desde la mas minima función tanto como un orden en las donaciones tanto como la aceptación de tarjetas de crédito siempre esta herramienta tiene un buen soporte técnico.

Contras:

En este caso en si el único defecto que noto es su precio es de un nivel medio considerando todas las funciones que el software posee y decidimos adquirirlo en nuestra empresa y hasta el dia de hoy se usa.

me gusta que gracias a este sofware se pueda lograr configurar un deposito directo para donaciones.La plataforma es facil de usar ,el servicio al cliente y el sistema de chat de ayuda de Network a mejorado bastante.Es una plataforma que satisface las necesidades.

En realida aun no le hemos encontrado fallas o algo a mencionar asi que no hay algo que no me guste de este sofware

My experience Network for Good

Comentarios: En general, es un software fácil de usar.

Lo que mas me gusta del Software es lo fácil que se puede usar, y lo sencillo que es.

Fantastic for Nonprofits

Comentarios: It's been a really positive experience. The customer service is quick and friendly. They're constantly updating the software for the better. It's really easy to use, even for the least tech-savvy people.

Puntos a favor:

The CRM works really well -- it's easy to keep track of donors, real-time donations, and events. It lets you stay in contact with donors and see their patterns of giving. It's also easy to see which events brought in the most donations, and lets you easily email groups of donors, either by event or by giving patterns.

Contras:

The forms (surveys) are too limited. I can't collect data in the way I want, so it makes surveying donors difficult.

Comentarios: We LOVE Network for Good! It has simplifed things by putting data all in one place! No more moving data from the event reservation platform, the credit card processor, and the newsletter service! And the platform is easy to use and generates great-looking newsletters.

Poor customer service

Comentarios: Bonterra's product works ok, it's difficult to pull accurate data because of the lack of options for soft-credit management, and there are not reporting options. In general you can't do global changes and the options for custom fields are not robust. There are MANY better, cheaper options out there right now for a CRM if the main thing you need is quality data management and reporting. That said, the main reason for this review is Bonterra as a company seems to be going for the buying up all the small companies to weed out competition strategy instead of actually improving their product or user experience. Since they bought out Network for Good we went from having an account representative who we could get on the phone to having to beg to get in the faceless cue of a ticketing system whenever I have any issue. The customer service is now gone and no apologies made, we are just a number.

Center Point - [sensitive content hidden] found the solutions we needed in Bonterra (NFG)

Comentarios: I had used NFG at a non-profit I was previously employed. I asked my new colleagues to consider the Bonterra platform and they were equally impressed. It helped that I had the prior experience, however, I'm still learning, but am finding how versatile and easy to use the platform is.

Comentarios: Love the customer support! So responsive! We implemented the product during COVID and it couldn't have gone more smoothly.

The addition of event ticketing and auction functionality makes the package even more attractive and useful.

Contras:

Our database count is inflated by zero-dollar "subscribers" -- people who have never donated but receive information (such as local government officials on the newsletter list) -- so our annual costs are higher than I would like.

Comentarios: Our experience has been great from onboarding until today. All staff members were able to figure out Bonterra with little to no questions from their moment of first log-in. Questions were answered as needed. No complaints.

We love this CRM. It is so much more than we expected. We are now moving more and more of our functions onto the platform. It has been user-friendly from the start and, as they add more features, it gets even better. We believe that Bonterra will be the software that is used most often now matter what the position in our organization.

Not happy with new way of providing customer service

Comentarios: When I first obtain NFG services I was met by a friendly staff and the experts were able to help me navigate through work processes. Now when I call there is chat and other features that takes you to reporting to take extremely longer than normal.

Prior to switch from NFG to this Customer Service was direct.

Contras:

Not able to speak to a live representative right away. Longer wait times.

Love Network for Good

Comentarios: It has been a grat experience. I get quick answers to questions and problems but the software itself is very easy to use. It is not the cheapest choice in town, but compared to others it is the best,

Comentarios: Overall, we are very satisfied with Bonterra Guided Fundraising.

We like the full integration of donation tracking. The system flags duplicates which makes administration easier. The system reminds us to send acknowledgments. Auction integrates with donation module.

Contras:

Reporting is sometimes awkward and not very intuitive. Data must be exported to an outside worksheet and then re-arranged in meaningful ways.

User-friendly

Comentarios: It has been a fairly easy process to switch to NFG. Great customer support. Only complain was that we had to mainly set up our direct deposit, which was a bit of a pain.

I like that it is simple and user-friendly. I have also enjoyed the customer support they have and always help and answer questions quickly and effectively.

Contras:

Least favorite part is that when you set up an event, after selling 50 tickets, NFG takes $1 per ticket sold. As a nonprofit, this adds up quick for us. Although I love using NFG, if we could find another platform that didn't do this but had all of the other good features NFG has, we would probably switch to them.

Comentarios: Overall, my experience has been enjoyable and kill building. The help desk and customer service have been a wonderful resource for me with any question that I have. They are responsive and quick to resolve any issue that I have.

Overall, this is a really simple software to use. As a new fundraiser and beginning of my career, this software has given me skills surrounding best practices in fundraising which I am immensely grateful for.

Contras:

Some of the areas of the software are not as streamlined as I wish they could be and can often lead to duplicative work. I would like to see improvements to the in-kind feature of the program as it is very difficult to track these donations.

Comentarios: Our experience has been wonderful. We have had all we need when we needed it. We went from zero donations 8 years ago to now having raised over one quarter of a million dollars to date.

Comentarios: Great! The set up was easy and help is readily available. We have greatly increased our donations within the last 2 years since using this product, likely due to better organization and follow-up with donors.

the right choice for us

Comentarios: Overall all we've had a positive experience over the past four years. This was our first DMS, so anything was going to be an improvement!

Contras:

Some aspects of the user interface is clunky and unintuitive. Also lacks some functionality that we have discovered would be useful. Lacks social media integration for emails, which is a feature that was actually mentioned in our demo, but does not actually exist.

Bonterra Guided Fundraising has a lot to uphold from Network for Good

I liked the amount of instant support I got from their team whenever I had questions, the ease of tracking donations and new contacts, and their email blast feature.

Contras:

I did not like that the customizable email templates were a bit hard to use and could use an update. Since Network for Good was bought by Bonterra I have not liked the decrease in customer support and glitches in the system when there are large amounts of people logged onto the site.

Just working out the kinks

Comentarios: The more I learn the more I like. Now that we are getting into accepting and recording snd acknowledging new donations, I’m liking it more and more.

Communication tools are the best! I look forward to using them more. We’ve gotten great feedback on the video emails. I’ve done 2 IIndividual video emails and the a groups video to over 200 donors. So far the response she was great.

Contras:

Onboarding was difficult. Although your staff was helpful. Our organization had run of excel spread sheets. The system was working but becoming unwieldy. Transferring this over with donation years back to 2015 was difficult. Also, not allowing us to filter by our external ID that we consistently used meant many duplicates due to some differences and a system with less than half with emails. I think we are better but to even see our ID I have to click and scroll to find snd the only way to double check for duplicates is to export a spreadsheet. Makes me wonder why you didn’t give us a way to use it. Sorry. I have sent a suggestion in but told you only let us put in the contact info but not be able to filter with this.
