An awesome product

This product is truly useful and versatile. We are using it in software that requires users to respond to complex and customized surveys. Despite the numerous complexities, SurveyJS manages to meet all our needs. For the few features not covered, it was enough to open a ticket, and customer support resolved the issue in no time. Their efficiency and responsiveness are truly remarkable.

Contras:

I find it difficult to answer this question. If I have to point out a flaw, it would be the documentation. Although it is well-structured and offers many demos to try directly on the site, I have sometimes struggled to find information on more specific aspects and had to rely on the help desk. However, considering the breadth of features offered, it might be appropriate for the documentation not to be overly detailed to maintain a balance and not overwhelm the user with too much information.

Great product, excellent support

The support team is excellent. You can expect to receive a response to your ticket within an hour or two, and problems are resolved quickly. The product is user-friendly for those who do not require extensive customization or complex logic.

Contras:

Due to its rapid development, there have been numerous bugs over the past year. Customization can be difficult, particularly when complex logic is required. The platform also experiences performance limitations with very large forms. Thankfully, the support team is actively working to address these drawbacks.

The assistance they provide with their customers and the way SurveyJS can be modified to be adapted everywhere.

Contras:

There is nothing concrete apart from styling & customize the appearance of the survey, which is a bit limited as it only let you change some components but not all html, ihave had to go into the dom from the explorer and check by myself the classes and ids to force a custom interface. I would also need to go deeper into this library to learn more about the usage.

Nothing serious yet, sometimes things don't work 100%, but they are very fast to fix everything that you bring up!

Comentarios: Not only their online services is top, their library for integration is well done. It meets our needs 100%.

This is one of the nicest user experience software I have used. Not only well done but fun. The team, [sensitive content hidden] for sure, is solid and has always been very helpful. She goes the extra mile.

Contras:

No cons. Nothing negative to report here.

the survey engine for devs

Comentarios: I am a senior developer and use surveJS as a forms engine for our enterprise app which aim is eneble clinician and researcher to set pup their clinincal data collection projects. They need very very complex forms as the domain they describe is complex too. They need also much logic and dependency among questions. Basically with surveyJS in 5 years we give an answer to any need

Puntos a favor:

Customization, support and the fact that it's all about JSON

Contras:

Maybe analytics tool is not so powerful.

Best Forms Framework on the market

Comentarios: very good at all, good learning curve, the commercial support team is the best i ever had in a software product.

Puntos a favor:

I really like its flexibility and and how easy it is for my non-dev-workmates to use the Survey Creator with custom components i created for them.

Contras:

The usage of peggy.js as expression engine could be better. The documentation of this lib is no longer available, the domain is gone.

Comentarios: The product, the documentation, the licencing system and lastly the amazing support who provide me a full usable and customized answer that fit my need and my lack of JS skill.

More functionalities and tools for use and create survey in anything case

Contras:

In quiz view where you can answer to questions, you cannot see questions type by default. And not pc users don't understant something questions. Example: it is single answer question or multiple. In every question must be small desc about question type

The prompt, polite and really willing to help support even for tickets submitted outside any business account contract.

Contras:

Lack of online detailed documentation in specific complicated aspects such as PDF production.
