Que es mas que un portal de reservas, como el equipo esta abierto a escuchar nuestras opiones e implementar los cambios necesarios.

Contras:

Creo que el precio del plan podria ser un poco mas bajo, especialmente para los restaurantes que contratan servicios extras como bookings con tripadvisor y google

Nueva Apertura con buena herramienta.

Nuestro nuevo local se encuentra en una calle de mucha afluencia de gente. La programación actual nos ha permitido gestionar mejor las reservas y combinarlo con la gente de paso para atender el mayor número de clientes sin perder muchos.

Contras:

El proceso de solicitud de tarjeta ha asustado a mucho de nuestros clientes al principio de cara a nuestro interés era una buena herramienta, no obstante por culpa de la mala gestión de emails que envían a nuestros clientes, uno por cada paso dado en vez de todo junto en un solo correo, ha creado muchas discrepancias y nos hemos visto obligado a quitar esta opción. La gente no tiene tiempo para tener que estar pendiente de tantos emails.

Tableo - reservations made easy

Comentarios: The main thing is that it is easy to use for the restaurant and user friendly for the guest. It has a lot of customizable features to adapt to the different restaurants. It helped in reducing no shows by asking for payments or credit card authorization upon reservations. It also helps in creating a data base of our guests without being intrusive or infringing GDPR rules. The after sales service and customer care are clearly the companies priority.

It is tailor made for the specific areas of the restaurant to benefit both the restaurant in maximizing the turn of tables and also the guest by making it easy and efficient to make the reservation. it is highly adaptive to accommodate different timings, different areas, easy to set different seating parameters and easy to use.

Contras:

We honestly do not have any faults to mention as whenever we requested any amendments, the management of Tableo have always listened and accommodated our comments which helped in creating the best product available in the sector.

Great Reservation organiser

Comentarios: The feature which shines most in this software is how easy it is to keep track of new and past reservations. Helped us a lot with keeping track of recurring customers. Customers receive an email of confirmation upon booking. It can be accessed from any device at any time as long as you have your username and password, making it quite handy when you're spending time away from the restaurant. Highly customizable for each kind of restaurant with multiple dining areas which you can make available for booking for the clients as you desire. The SMS reminder feature is a big asset, especially regarding "no shows" personally we saw a decrease in people not showing up for their reservations. Last but not least another pro of this software is the set of statistics which are clearly drawn in the form of three different graphs, showing where your bookings are mostly coming from and comparing how your business is performing week by week.

Easy to integrate into your daily routine. Access getting booking from multiple online platforms including google integration. Can be accessed from everywhere on any device. Clearly shows and organizes your tables and seating plan. Very efficient for restaurants targeting double bookings. Highly customizable for any type of restaurant and different types of seating areas Should you like sends SMS reminders to customers.

Contras:

Personally for my business this software has it all.

This software is excellent for my type of business It also keeps a database of my clientele efficient and fast. Highly recommended

Contras:

I do not like the fact the when a client cancel their booking you will only get notified by an email which sometimes is not accessible during working hours. I would suggest that if a booking is cancelled at the last minute you can know which one from the cancelled items and also get notified either by SMS or by an alert from the system

Hi Diane, Many thanks for your review. We have just released a new feature that addresses the issue you raised in the 'Cons' section. As of this update, you will now start getting notification pop-ups whenever a new booking comes in or is cancelled on the day. This is useful as it will allow you to keep tabs of new bookings coming in and it will also allow you to quickly rebook a table or tables which were cancelled on the day, ensuring you continue to maximise your efficiency and revenue. It's easy to use and very convenient, the most sensible thing about the software is you can still take in bookings although the restaurant is closed.

Contras:

Maybe it needs to highlight the bar when the booking is cancelled

Tableo enables us to share information and can be updated remotely, we also can keep useful guest history making giving customers a more personal service which is so important for us since we depend on repeat customers.. it’s very useful to help us plan our week ahead for rooster and also any menus to prepare for .. we also manage to maximize our seating capacity and can give customers and instant confirmation

The few things we disliked were in the very beginning of software launch and tableo team where happy to listen and change
